The room I was given was very disappointing at first – there were no bed linens, no towels, and the toilet hadn’t been cleaned (someone had even used it). On top of that, the AC wasn’t working properly. Fortunately, the staff handled the situation by upgrading me to a better room, which I appreciated

Super lækkert værelse, fantastisk morgenmad og venlig personale.
Ungerne sov på en sovesofa, men det var en ordentlig tyk madras på sofaen, så selv en voksen ville have sovet behageligt der.

Check in was a breeze. Room is nice and clean. Bathroom is huge. They don’t have an iron in the room but I called the front desk and had it in a few minutes.

Para a nossa situação o hotel super atendeu. ficamos bem proximo ao aeroporto de Madri, estacionamento no local porém com cobrança, tem mac donalds e outros restaurantes por perto.

Shower FAIL
Pros:

Shower head fell off as soon as we turned the tap on- had obviously snapped off previously . The room should not have been rented out with an unusable shower in hot Madrid .so we need to move from a twin room to a double - we’re not a couple so less than ideal

Lo escogimos por la cercanía al aeropuerto para una noche. Excelente atención tanto en recepción como en el restaurante. La pega importante son las camas. Colchón incomodísimo de 150 que se mueve cada vez que tu pareja se gira lo mas mínimo. No tiene zonas diferenciadas y los muelles son insufribles. El sofá cama para los niños ... hundido completamente por el centro. Los niños, siendo muy delegados, incómodos toda la noche. En definitiva, por desgracia para no repetir. Un hotel donde las camas no son cómodas no se puede recomendar.
