Towel was not clean. No toothbrush set.
The staff were fine and the room clean and comfortable. But the location is awkward, the last train to the hotel from Heuston station left at 20.20 (on a Sunday). There is a bus service, but if you miss that it's a long cab-ride. The other problem isn't really the hotel's fault, building works started at 7 am. I was on the fourth floor in a double-glazed room (and already awake) and the noise wasn't deafening, but would probably wake a light sleeper.
Nice rooms, just too hot to sleep too well and the construction starts at 7am so I hope you like waking early. Staff where nice and helpful. Breakfast was ok and not too expensive.
The pictures of this hotel online are misleading. They depict a nice modern hotel when it is very outdated. Old carpet, worn finishes and no updates.
Staff were all very nice and helpful, made you fell very welcome. Room was nice and clean with a good shower. Restaurant and food were very good. All in all a very good choice of hotel for our stay for a day at the race’s at Leopardstown.
Comfortable bed, well-appointed room. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. When I told the woman at check-in that we’d have to miss breakfast due to an earlier flight, she offered to have something prepared for us. While it was more of a box lunch than breakfast, it was much appreciated. Lunch in the restaurant was mediocre, and we had to ask for prices. There was a persistent odor of trash/dumpster in the restaurant and lobby.
went down for breakfast was told 10.00 per customer there was 2 of us but was charged 25.00 I realize 5.00 was not a lot but its the principal of it
Was supposed to be the start of the great Ireland adventure. But due to having a cycling accident and ending up in a hospital, I was unable to go. Hotels.com explained this to the hotel but they wouldn't consider giving me a refund for not staying there. Will never use this hotel again.
The Hotel was quiet, staff was amazing, friendly and accommodating.
Beds were a little hard for my liking but still comfortable.
Very clean.
My only complaint is the restaurant had horrible service. They were very slow and genuinely just didn't care about you. Food was gross and tasteless.
Couple minutes walking distance to both busses and train station.
Easy taxi service, food and bar open, very clean
Only stayed one night and was very clean and comfy, staff very helpful
Bathroom needs some upgrade
Did not like the attitude of the staff not welcoming at all.
The place did not have Ac terrible
They don’t have a snack bar for late arrival
Good parking facilities
Free parking. Lovely friendly staff
Decent enough hotel, with a large Bedroom. Nowhere near anything you want to visit in Dublin. Probably ideal for business stays in that area. Breakfast buffet not good. If you are on a trip to see the city, pay a bit more and stay closer to the centre
Pretty, clean, and friendly.
Good hotel and good service!
Not super close to airport, but close to highway, so a good place to stay, for morning flight. Rooms clean, friendly staff and decent restaurant, on site.
Staff were not helpful. Location terrible. Transportation and infrastructure prohibitive.
