During the winter season, due to low occupancy, our services will unfortunately be limited!
Therefore, from the 1st of November until end of March, the restaurant will only be open for breakfast and after that the restaurant and kitchen will be closed, so there will be no additional services such as lunch, bar or dinner.
However, there is a room service menu available in the room from 12pm to 9pm, which must be requested at least 1 hour in advance.
As for the spa, massages and treatments are not available, but you can use free of charges the heated indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, gym and outdoor pools.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

The glass railing around the pool
And breakfast area was filthy and blocked the pretty view. The staff were shockingly unfriendly, all for one young waitress who actually was very friendly. The cleaning staff also very unfriendly and the lady cleaning the floor around the pool just wet peoples clothing and towels while spraying down the floor. The breakfast was exactly the same everyday, no variety at all!

Lovely location but the rooms need to be updated
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing, the dinner at the restaurant was really good too. The staff at the restaurant and the kids club were very kind. The location is the biggest plus, even without a car we had a great time and it’s very easy to catch an Uber or Bolt to go somewhere.

Cons:

The room was a huge disappointment, we knew from
the photos and reviews that it would be a bit dated, but it was worse than expected. There were a lot of ants as well as some small white insects all over the chairs in our kitchen - they seem to have been book lice, harmless to humans, but still not nice to see in a hotel room. Some of the furniture should have been replaced a long time ago. Unfortunately the resort is not what we would have expected from a five star stay.
