During the winter season, due to low occupancy, our services will unfortunately be limited!
Therefore, from the 1st of November until end of March, the restaurant will only be open for breakfast and after that the restaurant and kitchen will be closed, so there will be no additional services such as lunch, bar or dinner.
However, there is a room service menu available in the room from 12pm to 9pm, which must be requested at least 1 hour in advance.
As for the spa, massages and treatments are not available, but you can use free of charges the heated indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, gym and outdoor pools.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Hygiène et propreté : le service de chambre n’était pas à la hauteur et le personnel désagréable.
The breakfast was amazing, the dinner at the restaurant was really good too. The staff at the restaurant and the kids club were very kind. The location is the biggest plus, even without a car we had a great time and it’s very easy to catch an Uber or Bolt to go somewhere.
The room was a huge disappointment, we knew from
the photos and reviews that it would be a bit dated, but it was worse than expected. There were a lot of ants as well as some small white insects all over the chairs in our kitchen - they seem to have been book lice, harmless to humans, but still not nice to see in a hotel room. Some of the furniture should have been replaced a long time ago. Unfortunately the resort is not what we would have expected from a five star stay.

Rooms are very spacious and main pool area is lovely. Great beach and hikes adjoining the property.
In need of an upgrade, rooms are dated, gym equipment is old and broken, umbrellas by the pool are falling apart.
No shuttle bus to town, no soap in the shower, pool service for drinks and food was inadequate, food at the restaurant was very basic and not delicious, breakfast buffet was the same every day and felt like leftovers had been reheated

The pools were amazing as was the breakfast buffet, the rooms were clean and spacious and we loved the short walk to the beach.
As a family of 5 one of our beds was the sofa bed which was really uncomfortable. If you don't have a car its in the middle of nowhere so you have to get cabs everywhere, a shuttle bus into town wouldn't be a bad idea.

The location was beautiful
The room was dated, there were broken things such as plug sockets and hand soap and the tap made a very loud noise when in use. The breakfast was the same every morning with no changes at all.
