Der er flere pools på hotellet, og de er så fine alle sammen. Det er rigtig fint at der er forskel på hvem der kan bruge hvilke.
Hotellets morgenmad er også rigtig god og personalet er søde og hjælpsomme.
Måske kunne fitnessrummet opdateres lidt, men det fungerer fint.
Staff Nani and Mimya looked after us and were so kind during our stay. Close to shops, beach, life and fine rooms for a 5 day stay. Loved the cabaret in the reception area with BBQ - just relaxed and pleasant place x

Location and nice staff
Too pricey compared to similar options. Facilities were a bit overly used (one could see already the years of usage) and some parts were a bit of dirt. Food and drinks also quite more expensive than nearby restaurants.
Stayed several days. All staff were amazing nothing to much trouble. From Managers to Housekeeping marvellous.
Breakfast was included.. Yummo!
Close to shops and restaurants. Had a poolside room, so life was very dreamy.

Perfect location in kata beach, great service every day by all the staff especially Coach and his team Ohim, Aoy, Joy, Han. Wonderful food.
We had a fantastic stay at Centara Kata! The hotel is spacious and very clean and the staff are amazingly welcoming and friendly! The pool is great, kids loved the slide. Good location with lots of stuff around including massages, 7-Eleven, ATM etc. The hotel was super helpful in booking transport and tours and even dinner reservations. The staff went out of their way to be friendly, were amazing with the kids and so accomodating, particularly Joy, Coach and Aoy!

Nothing
Worst experience I ever had. We are a family with 3 toddlers and had to book 2 rooms. They were both in 2 different buildings and at the end they gave us an interconnected room through balcony door. It’s quite obvious that if I hook 2 rooms with 3 little kids the rooms should at least be close to each other.
No elevator! If you are on upper floor you need to use outdoor stairs!
Room was dirty and full of ants. We asked to spray and nobody didn’t do anything.
Pools are not maintained and kids pool was under maintenance
Food was very bad. Fish fingers for kids were rests of fishes just mixed together
Beach is very far, about 15 min walk and very crowded. Not ideal if you have small kids.
We didn’t like the property at all to the point that we just left after one night and went somewhere else
