Nice hotel but way too much noise in our opinion
Pros:

Rooms are clean. Different swimming pools which is nice. Free shuttle to the beach. Friendly staff. Well equipped kids club.

Cons:

Breakfast is very stressful if you come in rush hour. You will have to stand in line to get a table because there are too many guests and not enough tables. All day they play loud music at the pools.

Fint hotel, ikke noget udover det sædvanlige. Søde personale. Tæt på byliv.
Pros:

Fint hotel. Værelse ved den stille pool. Personalet er flinke.
Tæt på byen.

Cons:

Ved poolen var en kloakafløb som man ind imellem kunne lufte når man lå ved poolen.
Phuket var alt for travl til os.

Het personeel is prima en behulpzaam.

Cons:

De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is zwaar teleurstellend. Het is een gedateerde resort. Verroeste lampen, vieze muren. Voor Thaise begrippen is dit resort veel te duur met € 220 per nacht. En geen directe toegang tot het strand. Verre weg de duurste accommodatie in onze rondreis waar we tophotels hadden voor minder dan € 100.

Pros:

Loved the pool. The family room was fantastic, essentially like 2x separate rooms with ensuites joined by a lounge. Yummy food at the breakfast buffet and restaurant. The staff were really lovely and accommodating, and brought us little birthday cakes with candles for our daughter's second birthday. 10 minute walk to the beach or a free shuttle available almost hourly during the day.

Pros:

Un séjour incroyable dans cet établissement. Le personnel est à l’écoute et d’une gentillesse incroyable. Pour avoir testé plusieurs resort à Kata, celui ci est mon préféré. Les piscines, les bars, les restaurants, tout est parfait !

One of our favourite accomodations !!
Pros:

Great atmosphere, activities and facilities. The buffet dinner was amazing, great range of seafood. The gym was one of the best we used on our travels. Great location, free shuttle to beach, and can easily walk if you want. Staff friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast had a wide selection. Happy hour is a must ! Frozen daiquiris so yum ! Loved our stay :)
