Cons:

Quizás las piscinas. Se han quedado un poco antiguas y el hecho de que haya muchos niños se hace un poco incómodo.
Yo eche de menos una piscina para adultos ponde se pueda nadar o disfrutar de la piscina sin tanto ruido.
También creo mejoraría el desayuno. Cuando algo se terminaba tardaban bastante tiempo en reponerlo

Really disappointed with this hotel. Staff were lovely but hotel itself is in need of an upgrade. Im home 2 months and my deposit still hasn't been returned. Hotel are telling me it's processed by my bank told me no payment is processed. Disgusted with the hotel. Will never return.

Przyjemny hotel z irytującymi mankamentami
Pros:

Duży wygodny i czysty pokój, dobrze działająca klimatyzacja, 3 baseny w obiekcie. Pokój z aneksem kuchennym, 2 telewizory, taras, duża przestrzeń. Przyjemna, spora łazienka, woda pitna uzupełniani codziennie. Dobra lokalizacja, w centrum, ale jednak odrobinę z boku (wjazd z bocznej uliczki). 7-Eleven 200m od obiektu, sklepy, restauracje, street food, pralnie, salony masażu, nocny market w zasięgu 10 min spaceru.
Ładna plaża, z darmowym transferem. W linii prostej do plaży jest 200-300m, ale niestety żeby wejść na plażę trzeba przebyć jakiś 1km. Śniadanie bez szaleństw. Sprawia wrażenie dużej ilości rzeczy do wyboru, ale jakość przeciętna. Jedzenie przygotowane tak bardzo "international", że kompletnie nijakie.

Cons:

Naciąganie gości na dodatkowe, zdecydowanie zbyt drogie atrakcje. Jeśli poprosisz o transport na lotnisko - nie ma sprawy, cena 2x wyższa wyższa niż na mieście + VAT. Atrakcje dla dzieci na basenie, np, piłka do której można wejść i pochodzić po powierzchni wody. Niby super, ale 5 min kosztuje tyle samo, co wynajęcie 2 leżaków i parasola na cały dzień na plaży. Piwo na basenie kosztuje 4x cena w sklepie + opłata serwisowa + VAT. Jest aplikacja "concierge", personel namawia, żeby za jej pomocą zamawiać transfer na plażę. Super, tylko zapomniał dodać za 900m jazdy płacisz jakbyś jechał ze 20km. A fakt, że istnieje darmowy busik, który jeździ co godzinę jakoś przemilczają.
Leżaki na basenie są w tak fatalnym stanie, że w każdym szanującym się 2-gwiazdkowym hotelu dawno zostałyby wymienione. Podobnie atrakcje dla dzieci (zjeżdżalnie, psikawki, fontanny) są w tak złym stanie, że szkoda słów. Wystarczyłoby chociaż odmalować...
Jak poprosisz o fakturę, to personel udaje, że nie wie o co chodzi i nie może wystawić faktury, bo rezerwacja przez booking.com (więc jako nabywcę wpisują booking.com) Ale po kilku(nastu) wiadomościach do hotelu okazuje się, że jednak można wystawić fakturę na dane gościa.
Generalnie hotel ma już swoje lata i przydałoby mu się bardziej gruntowne odświeżenie.

Nice simple resort with good breakfast and a warm and friendly staff.

Good breakfast, ice cold AC in the rooms and a friendly staff.

Cons:

Nothing bad about the property. It’s just a bit older with a simple feel. Could use some updates. But it was clean and the staff was accommodating. Kids were bummed the water slide was undergoing maintenance as well.
