Hotel & Spa Real Badaguás-Jaca

Hôtel confortable avec chambre spacieuse, nous avions une vue piscine. Service à l’accueil inexistant, petit déjeuner industriel (à fuir) si possible. Nous avons pris egalement un dîner au restaurant de l’hôtel, la nourriture est industrielle et de mauvaise qualite, les serveurs sont lents et pensent à jouer sur leur téléphone.
Spa (30 euros par personne) de bonne qualité.

Je pense que cet hôtel va passer des moments difficiles, piscine qui se delabre peu d’activité et le fait de payer 15% en plus pour manger sur la terrasse cela n’est pas passable pour un 4*

A hotel with lights and shadows. In contrast to a spacious room with a large, very comfortable bed, the rest left a lot to be desired. Especially the outside is in a state of disrepair, they have very few staff and cobwebs reign supreme... everywhere. The inside still manages to save itself if you close your eyes, but the outside is a disaster. We stopped there for two nights to rest during a long motorbike tour in the Pyrenees, because there is an outdoor swimming pool (totally abandoned with no one to look after it) and because on the website it is advertised that the cafeteria-bar is open every day so you can eat fast food. Nothing could be more wrong, before 4 p.m. you can't see anyone, you can't even get a bottle of water... and the minibar is empty.
The first evening we dined in the restaurant, very high prices and mediocre food, the second evening we chose the bar-cafeteria and it was better, a charcuterie board and a cheese board at normal prices.
Positive was the free garage.
As always, the photos on the website are very misleading, as is the incorrect information. I would honestly not recommend this hotel, there is much better around.

Great stay

Cadre agréable, chambre spacieuse mais non moderne . Il manque juste un peu d’entretien pour être au top. Site très calme et bien climatisé .

A lovely hotel situated in the mountains. Great views. Beds very comfortable, and good amenities. Pool and area around it are great for relaxing. Very friendly and helpful staff. Dinner was of good quality and well priced. Only one small negative is that the room air conditioner was a little bit loud on automatic and you couldn’t switch to manual. I will definitely return however as it’s super relaxing

Lovely property. Was great for a transit stop after getting the ferry into Santander. It’s a little tired in places, but with cost effective secure car storage this was ideal for us.

Hotel 4 etoiles espagnol. En réalité 2 Etoiles. Restauration médiocre (peu de choix, buffet dejeuner qualité très médiocre et café imbuvable) . Tous les extras payants chers ( spa, salle de jeux billard et babyfoot plateau courbé balles dures, jeux de flechettes non fonctionnel). Réceptionniste d'une lenteur déconcertante).

Turned up early, we knew the check in wasn’t till 4pm, so we had a bite to eat and a couple of drinks, went to reception @ 4pm, watched them faff about for 10 mins, gave us the room keys to a room that was still a mess and not made up! Eventually got another room, that was a very poor performance by what is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. Room very dusty with broken bits of panelling on the ceiling, very disappointing! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, stick to the smaller B&B’s, they obviously care more.

It's in a modern urbanisation with no public amenities. But facilities are excellent.

Booked via booking.com. It was midweek so reasonably priced. We travel to Spain 5 times a year , we normally book Zaragoza but tried here for a change. Everything about the hotel including rooms and staff are superb. It's in a beautiful location. For us the food let it down . We ordered pizza, and chicken and chips. The pizza got returned only to be reheated so it was even more like cardboard . The waiter was charming. He tried his best . We couldn't understand his different Spanish to what we know in Moraira . I did use my phone to say the food was no good. Such a shame as we thought we have hit the jackpot on our find for an overnight stay. The car park is excellent as well.

Location and staff at hotel were first class, room was a lovely size, comfy bed, but the bathroom fixings were loose, taps on the bath were coming off the wall, and the decor around the inside and outside of the hotel needed work and looked tired. Very limited menu and very late meal times for British people, starting at 8 30pm. Nowhere to buy snacks or a drink in the town or at the hotel until 8 30, you need to travel to Jaca. On a plus side there is secure parking in the underground carpark for our motorcycle and the area is very quiet.

We arrived and because of the location decided to stay another day, the cost was more for the extra day than we had paid for the first day but it was convienant so we paid it, upon leaving the person paying next to us paid less than we paid for one extra night for two nights! so feel ripped off.
With regard to the hotel the electric charging points were just 2kw, and there were supposed to me 3 point, of these one had wires bare and loos, the other did not work and the one that did work had thesame car plugged in for the two days, so impossible to use, the carpark was partially flooded with stagnant water which was never cleaned up, also soap and shampoo were not added to our room on the second day, there was no plug in the bath and we had to wait 90 min to get one, the food was limited and very expensive and it cost more if you wanted to sit on the terrace! so basically very disappointed, feel that we were overcharged, and the place feels like it is being run down.

El aseo necesita una reforma, no hay nada alrededor para comer, entrenamiento etc. el campo de golf esta cerrado hace 4 años, es una urbanización a 6 km. De algo de vida.

Todo muy correcto excepto la prohibición de aparcar en el parking de los proveedores muy amplio y casi vacio

Fantástico Hotel con buenas instalaciones a 10 minutos de Jaca.

Pasaje precioso, hotel cómodo y agradable buen staff
