Angenehm überrascht. Wir können uns vorstellen, das Hotel Mürtz wieder zu besuchen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und ansprechend. Hervorzuheben ist die professionelle und zugleich zugewandte Mitarbeiterin am Empfang , Frau Beate: kompetent und angenehm freundlich.

Cons:

Im Frühstücks-Raum durfte man keinen der reichlich vorhandenen freien Tische besetzen, vielmehr wurde uns jedesmal nach Gutdünken und in Herbergsvater-Manier ein Tisch zugewiesen.

Die Lage, sehr nettes Personal . Schönes Wellnessbereich .

Cons:

Im Bad keine Dusche sondern Badewanne ohne Halterung wenn man duschen will. Für ältere Menschen schwierig.

Tolles hotel mit kleinen optischen mängeln
Pros:

Sehr gute matratzen in den Betten geräumige Schränke, sehr große Brot und brötchenauswahl beim Frühstück
Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend
Sauna und Schwimmbad sind schön eingerichtet und warm
Außen Pool für Saunabereich ist super kalt (im märz)
Bei Halbpension gint es mittags Kuchen und eine Suppe

Cons:

Im hotel müssten ein paar Kleinigkeiten gemacht werden, duschköpfe lecken leicht und müssten erneuert werden (optischer mangel) die Funktion ist hingegen gegeben.
Im hotel selbst sind auch immer wieder kleine optische Mängel zu erkennen wenn man darauf achtet
Diese sind aber sehr klein und stören nur den Perfektionisten

Minibar ist kein Kühlschrank sondern eine kühlbox mit Licht macht also nichts kalt
Für Medikamente gibt es einen Kühlschrank an der Rezeption

Pros:

Das Frühstück wie das Abendessen waren Top. Sehr guter Koch, danke dafür. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfbereit. Auch dass man am Hotel E-Ladestellen nitzen kann fand ich hervorragend.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war groß mit Balkon, jedoch das Bad im Verhältnis viel zu klein. Auch die Teppiche im Zimmer sind dringend erneuerungsbedürftig.

Küche hervorragend,wellnessabteilung und Einrichtungen sehr gut,Rezeption kompetent ,ruhige Gäste,Garage,zentrale Lage,Reinigungspersonal sehr in Ordung,ebenso die Therapeuten…wellnessprogramm hochstehend

Cons:

Qualität der Betten….viel zu hart, Personal im Service sehr unterschiedlich,Haus nicht durchgehend Behindertengerecht.
