Love the night staff, she is always kind and friendly. The hotel is clean but aging.

The lady at the front desk is so kind and hospitable. The hotel isnt the nicest but the rooms are clean and the service is good.

can't use the side doors, hard for the handicapped. Also a lot of construction and highway workers blocking the drive makes parking inconvenient.

The commode took 6 flushes to get the tp down, someone came up to plunge but it was still the same. The water pressure is awful. There were dead crickets EVERYWHERE! We were on the third floor...had to go to second floor for laundry.... first floor for ice. I'm old, after 7 hours driving, should not have had to run around all over for the amenities

The lobby is the cleanest part of place. The elevators are extremely dirty the one with carpet was never vacuumed the other with tile looks like is never mopped. The 3rd floor hallway smelled so bad. Doors to rooms don’t shut properly. It’s just a poorly operated or managed hotel!! And they don’t clean the breakfast area during service time if someone spills or leaves something it don’t get cleaned till they are done serving breakfast. Isn’t it personal responsibility to clean during instead of just complaining about their personal life or why they have to work!

Breakfast

It was clean. The shower did have a glob of hair in the drain. We were expecting the breakfast in the morning but, all they had were waffles. It is updated.

The breakfast was great. They offered a nice variety. It opened for breakfast exactly as scheduled and the food was good. The facilities were quite comfortable. I appreciate the lodging and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if I needed to stay overnight in Wichita Falls.

I discussed my observations with the gentleman at the counter and believe the items will be rectified. I acknowledge the facility is working to improve and aim to get it to the true Ramada standard so all in all, i was pleased. The room was quiet and clean. The parking was easy. The kitchenette had all I needed for the weekend. Very happy indeed!!

Friendly staff, nice, clean, quiet room.

Pro: Staff was friendly. Breakfast changed to begin later, at 7am, but this was fine. Staff very accommodating. Cons: Lock on room door did not work. Requested maintenance but they never repaired lock. Had to pack and load everything every time we left room. The pool was already closed in early September.

Toilet paper holder broke, shower would not drain , people above us kept us up all night, every time they flushed their toilet ours ran
