Very clean and family friendly
Spacious, lots to do
Not attentive breakfast staff, ran out of plates and was told they’ll get to it when they can, just to open a cupboard and find stacks of clean plates. Pool was closed.
Hilton Worldwide-Hilton’s All Suites division needs to take notice of this exceptional property.
As you enter the well maintained, beautifully landscaped property you’ll find plenty of parking.
The hotel is tastefully decorated for the holidays and is very clean.
We were blessed to have Cynthia check us in after our across the country flight. We were grateful to be able to upgrade our reservation for a small fee. The room was spacious and again very clean. The beds and pillows were perfect!

I liked the comfy bed and the living room. Everything was great except.......read below.
I had to pay a 75.00 non-refundable pet fee for my tiny dog. I thought, as Booking.Com said it was pet-friendly, pet fees would be posted. They were not.
I asked the check-in lady if I called the property direct, would I get a price including pet fees. She said no, "The only time they mention the non-refundable pet fee guests are checking in.".
All this after standing in line for 15 minutes while 1 guest got checked out.
