In diverse occasioni, quando ho chiesto informazioni, ho percepito un atteggiamento frettoloso e poco disponibile, come se le richieste fossero un fastidio. Inizialmente ho pensato che fosse solo una mia impressione, ma osservando l'interazione con altri ospiti (visibilmente benestanti) ho notato un approccio decisamente più cordiale nei confronti di alcuni di loro. Al di là delle possibili motivazioni, questa differenza di trattamento mi ha dato un'impressione di scarsa professionalità e attenzione al cliente.

Super Hotel für einen Städtetrip nach Bologna!

Sehr schönes Hotel etwas außerhalb der Stadt. Es gibt eine gute Busverbindung ins Zentrum. Sehr freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal.

De ligging, dichtbij snelweg. Deze was zeker niet hoorbaar in de kamer. Ideaal als stopplaats bij je reis met auto naar het zuiden.

Liked the proximity to the airport. Sad, I didn't get breakfast because of the early flight. My room while clean and well stocked with options for purchase, was warm. IT was also convenient having the restaurant onsite.

Pleasant stay, good 4 star hotel but with a few subtle changes could be a great 4 star hotel

Be nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Staff generally were not particularly personable especially at reception when checking in after a long journey.
