Pros:

The staff was kind.

Cons:

AC leaked everywhere, things were dirty, and the breakfast made me sick. The pool was also not great.

My earrings got stolen, just really annoyed. There are no cameras on the floors, now I have to deal with this from out of town. They're looking into it.
they were very helpful in changing my rooms, the highway traffic is extremely noisy and the air conditioning units in the two bedrooms are so loud we could not sleep so they moved us to the sixth floor so it was a little better. The carpeting was stained, the mattresses are really broken in the other issue is you could smell pot all over the hotel, which is gross and it's not OK because it says it's a non-smoking facility, but they obviously are not enforcing us

Awesome stay other than what was stated above.
Pros:

Very quiet and peaceful!

Remodeling is going on and hallways smell like dogs and carpets need to be shampooed.

Pros:

Our only real complaint was the pull out sofa. My daughter didnt sleep it was so bad. It was like laying on metal. Needs a better mattress!

Pros:

I can not get over how comfortable the beds and pillows were!!! The room was very big and cozy, we had all we needed.

They had a wide variety of did for breakfast such as cereal, while fruit, cut mixed fresh fruit, boiled eggs, muffins, pastries, yogurt, bread, eggs, sausage, tacos, oatmeal and so much more.

Pros:

Stay was nice and quiet room.was very clean with a kitchenette i did not use was suprised there was no room.safe for valubles,tv had more sports channels that i didn't care for no program guide or premium channels that could see since i scrolled the channels a bunch ,the continental breakfast was lacking no fresh fruit that i seen and no pankakes or waffles even if it were the kind that go in a toster for the nightly rates and an honors member i was.a little disappointed
