The location was everything. in the central location and was excellent not having to pay huge fares to travel to the tourist spots

Location seemed good.The room was nice, hotel was lovely. Staff very friendly.

Cons:

Pool was in another building and smallish. We booked for 3 people not knowing we had to share a king size bed which was really uncomfortable

Pros:

Classe, propre, petit déjeuner peu varié sinon bien, l’emplacement est parfait proche de tout notamment le transport en commun BTS, centre commercial Terminal 21. Rapport qualité/prix n’a rien à dire c’est tres correct malgré la manque de fourniture dans le salle de bain.

Cons:

Manque de fournitures dans le salle de bain même si à la demande tout est fourni cependant pour un hôtel 4* on n’a pas a demander les manquements dans le salle de bain.

Nice hotel, great location, great breakfast, good hotel Gym. Staff are excellent. Good ambience.
Pros:

Great location. The Gym is good for a hotel Gym. Breakfast is excellent. All of the staff are really friendly and helpful in the whole hotel. Clean with a good Energy.

Cons:

I stay here often. For me there have been a history of problems with the mattresses. This time was no exception. Way too soft and gave me a bad back with pillows that look great in photos and on the bed but totally collapse when you put your head on them.
Having said that, when I mentioned it to Reception staff they couldn’t be more helpful. They changed the mattress for a firmer mattress. They had a range of complementary ergonomically designed pillows which I selected one of. I had a much better night sleep. The next day they even put on a second topper just to get the right balance of mattress for me. Excellence Service.
