Great hotel on a great location, spot clean, amazing staff and very comfortable rooms., and all this for a very reasonable pruce.

Absolutely nothing
The staff at Night hotel are amazing anyone from the cleaning crew, door staff reception desk or bar area are all amazing, incredibly helpful if you had any requests. Always friendly service with a smile and attend to every detail, I cant recommend enough I now always stay at the Night Hotel. the location is fantastic and convenient.
Breakfast has a good selection of Western and Thai food (which they change on a daily basis so you never get board of breakfast)

Great location and facilities, amazing staff.
Excellent location! It is very close to the nightlife hotspot at Sukhumvit 11 and just a short distance from Terminal 21 shopping mall. The hotel provides a convenient shuttle service, but it’s also an easy, short walk. Plus, being close to both the BTS and MRT stations makes getting around Bangkok incredibly simple.
I wouldn't recommend the breakfast for a long stay because the options are quite repetitive. There are so many great restaurants and food options nearby, especially at Terminal 21, so it's much better to eat out if you get bored.
Most hotels with a fabulous rating I am critical in my review and saying they're way over-rated. Not this one. This is a really good hotel and very good value for the rates, pushing on 5 stars certainly a top quality 4 star, breakfast is excellent and until 11am which is rare and was handy, staff are all outstanding, beds really comfortable and rooms very modern and well equipped, uk sockets and usb/usc handy too. Two buildings opposite each other, one has pool on roof which is very nice although sunbeds are limited so you may be lucky to get one, the other has the restaurant for breakfast. A popular place so it does get booked up mainly Europeans, old and young couples, families and singles. A good location, there's a handy place to do laundry down the road in front of the hotel, nice organic coffee shop/restaurant down there too. Hotel also does a free shuttle down to terminal 21 for Asok/Sukhumvit stations and shopping mall.
I extended twice, once through hotel and other on booking.com as I was out, to a downgraded room. Next morning they had picked up the booking and phoned to say I could move rooms or stay in the same room for no extra. The staff are all so efficient at their jobs and kind.
There was a minor leak from the AC one evening and they came to fix it immediately which took about 20 minutes, then left a card and gift with very nice brownies and sweets (photo below) later in my room to apologise. This is a top hotel with top service and staff, make no mistake.

They must be paying a company to increase their review ratings. The hotel rug was dirty and the halls were dimly lit. This is a 2 star hotel masquerading as something much higher. Also, I had 2 waters and small pringles and a small bag of peanuts and was charged 500 baht. This place is a disgrace and a terrible value
