Really cheap for a really good quality room and we felt very safe.
The soundproofing could be a bit better considering the park just outside the window.
Chambre d’hôtel de standing, très confortable, très bien insonorisée. Hôtel très sécurisé au niveau des accès.
Personnel aimable. Je reviendrais lors de ma prochaine visite à Barcelone !
Il est dommage que l’hôtel ne dispose pas de restaurant, notamment pour le repas du soir, mais un Room Service en partenariat est disponible et la livraison en chambre est possible et très appréciable.
La proximité et la gentillesse du personnel.

The room was nice and clean however the payment process look very like the stuff is trying to charge u extra trying their luck. I was charged some 50 euro which was saying it’s tax and double charge my stay even though it was paid all online. I would suggest to verify this hotel and their payment processes cause it’s really dangerous for the future customers
The staff from first day is making everything difficult. When I was checking in whole my stay was already paid and I’ve done documentation online.
First day, when I arrived , gentleman who was welcoming me at the reception, he told i have to pay 50 euro which will be return upon my checking out. He told this is for tax I told it was nothing in the mail about 50 euro only about tax 5-7 euro but I paid by card as he told I’ll get it back next day. (Also would like to hightoight he would not give me any confirmation of that transaction if I would not ask, it looked like he was waiting I just walk away when I paid, when I said can get any cofirmation of the payment he started saying it’s a new system, just when I told him “sir how next day someone will know I paid sth even though u have in your System I want my receipt” then finally he printed for me receipt from the card and confirmation )
Next day when I was checking out I’m asking for this 45 euro back the gentleman who was Theo at the receiption he took my hotel card and he just told he did now already return of 50 euro, he also printed some weird receipt of 180 which was showing that I’m charged by hotel when I asked about this receipt he told me this money I get back now I thought it’s weird cause there was no my card and saying that it be back on my account it was just saying that I’m charged by this hotel. Anyway he told he did return of money of 50 , I was rushing to the airport so I just walked away. But then when I already left after few minutes I had a feeling to check my credit card which was used in that hotel, it turned out I was charged another 599aed for my stay even though all was paid way before arrival. He charged this money without informing me I didn’t make any payment of card he just charged me . I decided to come back to the hotel cause I was scared they can use my card again for sth.
La posizione era ottima: mi sono sempre spostato a piedi senza difficoltà. L’hotel è vicino alla Rambla e alle principali vie con negozi e ristoranti, quindi molto comodo per visitare la città. La colazione era molto buona, internazionale e con ampia scelta. Anche il letto era comodo e ho dormito bene durante tutto il soggiorno.
Nulla in particolare, il soggiorno è stato positivo.

Tudo, gostamos muito das instalações do hotel, com bom design e instalacões modernas, staff muito gentil e prestativo. Um destaque agradecimento especial para o Frederico, que nos acolheu super bem! Hotel muito bem localizado para o turismo e dispõe de uma café da manhã pago a parte (15 euros atualmente), que atende bem em dias de passeios mais cedo (em Barcelona os estabelecimento costumam abrir 9hrs).
