Un séjour exceptionnel !
Pros:

Tout ! C’était exceptionnel du début à la fin !
Le quartier est très sympa, il y a beaucoup de restaurants autour, le métro au pied de l’hôtel, c’est parfait.
La chambre était grande, climatisée, agréable. La literie super confortable. C’était très beau ! Le couloir avec ses portes en métal qui se reflète est aussi très spécial mais magnifique ! J’ai adoré l’ambiance.
La salle de bain est propre, la douche est visible depuis la chambre mais vous pouvez bloquer la vue grâce a un rideau intégré. Très pratique.
On nous a gardé nos bagages toute la journée et nous avons pu nous poser dans la zone d’attente au RDC en attendant de pouvoir prendre notre bus le soir.
Mention spéciale à tout le personnel de l’hôtel et en particulier à la personne qui est là le matin; c’était un homme très charmant, drôle et qui nous a été d’une gentillesse sans égale pendant 3 jours !

Welcoming, safe, & a great location!
Pros:

Alessio at the front desk was AMAZING! He helped us get settled into a room as soon as one was available, gave us excellent recommendations, and even sent a bottle of cava to the room to help celebrate my birthday!

The property was extremely clean and we loved finishing the day at the plunge pool on the roof.

Esperienza eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista. L'hotel è bellissimo e la pulizia è impeccabile. Ciò che fa davvero la differenza è lo staff: estremamente gentile, premuroso e sempre pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problema con la massima disponibilità. Nota di merito anche per la colazione, davvero ottima e varia.

Very good base for a weekend in Barcelona.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout, very welcoming. The pool was a great addition and the rooms very spacious.

Cons:

The showers were average, poor water temperature control. A few quirks in the room. No deal breakers.

An enjoyable 4 nights in a decent hotel in a good location. Next time I would book a room at the back of the hotel away
Pros:

Good location and easy walk to historic centre. My room was very comfortable and the staff were very welcoming.

Cons:

It’s on a very busy road and there is a lot of traffic noise if you’re in a room on the front, as I was. To be expected though in a big city.
Various water saving devices in the bathroom meant very poor shower performance and washbasin was a dribble. Not acceptable from my point of view.
