Quarto bem grande e confortável a 900 metros da Praça Catalunha. Próximo a grandes lojas.

The room is worn out and needs renovation.

The bathroom was not comfortable.

The air conditioning was very poor in the morning.

The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable.

While the staff were helpful and friendly, the property itself needs a complete renovation.

Pros:

Struttura pulita, accogliente in posizione centrale. Personale cordiale. Alessio alla reception ci ha fatto sentire accolti e fornito informazioni utili. Tutto il personale è davvero gentile e pronto ad aiutare con un sorriso. That’s hospitality.

It was a dusty hotel first of all, smell drainage or seweage yukky, Alisso said we were upgraded but it was a basic room with no wardrobes and curtains and full of dust. I think this hotel was designed as a hospital or shopping centre, it was not the soho quality I dreamed. The pool is for babies 130 sth, the breakfast is for one star hotel. The door of the bathroom cannot be closed, the bathroom is visible so you can watch your friend having shower, the first day even the telephone in the room was not working. I do not recommend 🥲
