Important information:

Check-in should be carried out before 19:00. If you intend to arrive later than this please contact the hotel in advance to communicate your arrival time.

Small dogs up to 7 kg are allowed in some rooms only (maximum one per room), in compliance with the Resort's pets regulation. It is necessary to communicate their presence at the time of booking. We reserve the right not to allow access to the room if these regulations are not respected.
An extra charge of EUR 20 per day applies.

The fitness room is free, while mountain bikes AND E-BIKES comes at extra charge.
The swimming pools are not heated and are only available from April until October.

Cons:

Zwembad dat we mochten gebruiken met de kindjes stond weinig water in en het trapje hing los! Maar dat kon de pret niet bederven, we hadden leuke tijd!

Nice but overpriced and poor service
Pros:

The house is nice and property pretty. Different adult and kids pools.

Cons:

Overpriced for what it was and at dinner the service was poor, they were clearly overwhelmed. Would have been fine if the accommodation was half of what it was

Italian style in its finest and exceptional way
Pros:

Amazingly maintained estate, peaceful and clean with many various plants gives you full smell and vibe of Italy. Apartment was nice and clean, very spacious with perfect bed and selection of pillows. Everything is in traditional style but it feels so natural.

Cons:

Hardly anything wrong, I would say outside swimming pool is little out of date but that’s really neat picking

Beautiful resort, too remote you need a car.
Pros:

Evening meal, the staff, electric bikes and pools. The stay was relaxing and comfortable, and the evening restaurant was exceptional. Staff friendly and professional.

Cons:

Limited choice for breakfast and lunch. Too remote. No local taxis, you had a book a private company if you wanted to go outside the resort, you would need a car. Not near amenities, I.e. shops golf course restaurants, etc. There is no service to do trips to Florence, etc. It should be clear that you require a car. Spa snd gym very small, not really a spa. Maybe I should have researched locality better! Resort would be great if it wasn't so remote.

L 'établissement est un vrai havre de paix , un parc harmonieux , des chambres spacieuses , un service, spa , piscine de haut niveau et un personnel au petit soin.

An utterly charming and peaceful stay!
Pros:

The property itself is absolutely beautiful. The pictures and the website do not come close to representing the reality so ignore them! The grounds are a dream, the smell of jasmine and honeysuckle is otherworldly. They’ve managed to make the experience casual but the service and the food are impeccable. Not sure what I was expecting but it wasn’t what I got, which was a truly wonderful stay and somewhere I hope to return next year. Divine!

Cons:

If I had to be super fussy, the pool needs a little update but really the whole property is so utterly charming I’m willing to deal with it!
