Overall it was a wonderful stay.
Pros:

Excellent location, next to ferry. Hotel very clean. Staff very professional. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Room was basic. No refrigerator and mattress was very firm.

La ubicación del hotel es, sin duda, uno de sus mayores puntos fuertes: excelente, privilegiada y muy cómoda para disfrutar de la zona. Además, quiero destacar especialmente al personal del hotel y del restaurante. En todo momento fueron amables, educados, respetuosos y muy dispuestos a ayudar. El trato recibido fue realmente muy bueno y es algo que valoro especialmente.

Cons:

Sinceramente, la relación calidad-precio no estuvo a la altura de lo esperado. El precio de aproximadamente 260€ por una noche para dos personas, con desayuno incluido, me pareció elevado para lo que realmente ofrece el hotel. La habitación se percibía muy antigua, con una decoración oscura y desactualizada, textiles y detalles poco acogedores. El colchón fue incómodo, se notaban los resortes y el descanso no fue bueno. El baño, especialmente la ducha, era demasiado estrecho e incómodo. Además, el desayuno me pareció excesivamente básico y limitado. En general, tuve la sensación de que gran parte del precio se paga por la excelente ubicación, más que por la calidad real de las instalaciones o de la experiencia del alojamiento.

Excellent location inbetween the car ferry and passenger ferry piers

Lunch at the Splendide waterside restaurant was superb

Handy to have the pool after a busy day sightseeing

Breakfast very basic, juice was just cordial not fresh or concentrate

Shower is small - but still powerful and hot

Perfect stay

Cons:

Het was ontzettend koud in de kamer, de douche werd niet heet maar slechts lauw, en de veren van de bedden waren voelbaar. Al met al hebben wij geen prettig verblijf gehad.

Overall, staff, location and room was very nice and roomy. Would stay again.

Location was great, hotel was very nice as a whole and rooms were very nice.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable. Covers were not comfortable and even extra blankets were not soft.
Pillows were terrible and for propping up in bed before sleep was not comfortable either.
Breakfast was decent but not terrific. Pancakes should be in a warmer and muffins were very dry.
