Great location, loved the character of the hotel.

Overall, staff, location and room was very nice and roomy. Would stay again.

Location was great, hotel was very nice as a whole and rooms were very nice.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable. Covers were not comfortable and even extra blankets were not soft.
Pillows were terrible and for propping up in bed before sleep was not comfortable either.
Breakfast was decent but not terrific. Pancakes should be in a warmer and muffins were very dry.

Our stay in Bellagio at Hotel Excelsior was very relaxing. We ate virtually every meal for several day at the hotel rest
Pros:

The hotel restaurant was excellent from the quality and variety of food available to the knowledgeable staff.

Tres bien place personnel peu aimable.
La salle du petit dejeunet a l air d une cantine scolaire tt a fait deprimante et le personnel presse de ns voir partir...choix minimal pour les plats proposes.
