Fantastic place to visit would go back there again.

Fantastic location overlooking Lago Di Como, the room was fatastic, the breakfast was really good with a big selection to choose from, enjoyed staying there, lots of nice small retaurants to choose from, lot of nice small shops.

Direkt am Anleger, daher bei offenem Fenster etwas laut. Sehr gutes Frühstücks Uffenheim für italienische Verhältnisse.
Alter Jugendstilcharme, aber sehr sauber und komfortabel. Unbedingt zu empfehlen

Loved the location (with a balcony looking onto the water)
Pros:

We stayed with another couple who had stayed here before and were very happy with what the hotel provided. We both had rooms at the front with balconies looking over the lake and terminals and bars. That was a major part of the experience which we enjoyed (although a little noisy perhaps it was well worth it). I am not sure I would be so keen to stay without that view.
It is not a five star hotel so the furnishings and room size may be a bit small and dated but we wanted to say how good the staff were. They had plenty of suggestions, gave us a prime table opposite the hotel for drinks, checked with the local police to make sure that the running race on the day we were leaving wouldn't affect our route, and let us grab some food early from the breakfast room to take with us on our early departure. A thank you to all the staff who looked after us!

Bellissimo hotel
Pros:

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms. Nice breakfast buffet. We had a front facing room with a lovely view of Lake Como. Very friendly front desk staff especially Gloria. She is so sweet and helpful.

Pros:

Les communs ont de l’allure, c’est propre et le personnel d’accueil est gentil.

Cons:

La tristesse de la chambre avec son mobilier bas de gamme et sa literie médiocre. Pas de couette, pas de tapis, pas de petit coin café/thé. Le café du matin est ignoble. On attend mieux même en octobre, d’une chambre à 230€ la nuit.

Maybe the room wanted a little bit of a renewal and the breakfast lacked some fruits and vegetables. The breakfast seemed more American styled than Italian.
