Beautiful location but could do with more work

Wonderful location in the heart of Bellagio, the building itself is beautiful.

Cons:

The electricity key is attached to the door key, so to lock the door you have to take the electric out to lock the door in the darkness, then put electricity back on. Floorboards were creaky but we were only there one night so wasn’t too much issue. The shower was tiny and didn’t drain quickly so you were stood in water past your ankles after just a few minutes

Fantastiskt läge precis vid torget och hamnen. Personalen trevlig och väldigt hjälpsam. Hotellet var gammalt men fint omhändertaget och upplevdes inte alls slitet. Sängarna något hårda dock.

Cons:

Frukosten ganska tråkig, inga färska grönsaker eller uppskuren frukt, torrt bröd med enbart ost och salami.
Sängarna var hårda och man hade ett gemensamt lakan som täcke samt varsin filt.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν άριστη. Αν είχαμε και δωμάτιο με θεα πάνω στη λίμνη θα ήταν το τέλειο. Μεγάλο άνετο δωμάτιο.

Cons:

Το προσωπικό στην ρεσεψιόν μάλλον ηθελε να κάνει την ζωή μας πιο δύσκολη. Αλλά είχαμε συνεννοηθεί πριν φτάσουμε μέσω μαιλ και άλλα μας έλεγε από κοντά σε σχέση με το πάρκινγκ. Μόνο όταν του έδειξα την αλληλογραφία πείστηκε και μας έδειξε τον δρόμο για το κλειστό πάρκινγκ.
Το δωμάτιο ήταν βρώμικο είχε χνούδια και τρίχες στο πάτωμα σαν να είχε να σκουπιστει μήνες. Οι κουβέρτες παλιές και φθαρμένες.
Από παροχές είχε μόνο ένα σαμπουάν ατομικό , 2 σαπουνακια για τα χερια και 3 σκουφάκια μπάνιου. Τίποτα άλλο .Δεν είχε ψυγείο ουτε μπουκαλακια με νερό .
Το πρωινό βασικό άλλα άνοστο και ο καφές και ο χυμός δεν πινονταν.
Υπερτιμημένο λόγο τοποθεσίας.

Un magnifique potentiel pour un ancien hotel d'époque dont on a apprécié notamment la piscine et la vue sur le lac..

Cons:

Climatisation bruyante et coffre cassée dans un hotel vieillissant.. Pas de parking dédié à l'hotel..
