Excellent
Pros:

Easy check-in, friendly service, clean comfortable room with everything I needed, especially a firm, comfortable bed. Pool was clean. Location is central and easy for exploring.

Good stay - amazing view and free parking
Pros:

We were situated at the 6th and last floor of the hotel. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet there. The view from the window was marvellously breathtaking - onto Lane Cove National Park.
The room was cosy and well furnished, and the bed comfortable. The little kitchen area (microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, plates and cutlery) was very handy to have.

We didn't had the opportunity to use the pool, the gym nor the restaurant, so we can't judge those services ourselves.
Having an accessible free parking was a massive plus!!

Cons:

Although the bed was comfortable, it was actually two king single mattresses put together - instead of a king mattress as advertised. It wasn't disappointing, but it was annoying to feel the separation in the middle widening while sleeping.
The room was generally clean, though we've found a few unfortunate hair here and there.
Finally, we'd like to add that the hot and the cold tap were reversed in the shower. Not very handy but nothing dramatic.

Great value, close to the city.
Pros:

The staff were polite, shower was great, pool was great for the kids. Beds were very comfy.

Cons:

Road was a little noisy. View of the roof and air conditioning vents outside the window was rather offputting as we were told the executive king rooms were on the higher floors.
