Disgraceful

After a long travel from Bali,we expected a shower,my partner jumped in the shower and when she did water ran out the door onto carpet,the bathroom was unusable.
I went to reception and the young girl was helpful,we were not offered another room,but we accepted the explanation that the drainage issue would be fixed whilst we left site for dinner.
We arrived back at 19pm and I went for a shower,in the space of 2-3 minutes the bathroom was flooded,my clothes and shoes and phone were underwater.
I went downstairs and the man on desk arrived to our room,he plugged the drain and I asked him to dry up so we could sleep,the bathroom floor was still soaking and not dry.
I took this up with day manager who said he would look into this,so I went upstairs to pack and to top it off we had no toilet paper.
I found managers totally dismissive and after 36hrs I’ve heard nothing.
I will not be happy without a total refund and will never stay at this hotel or recommend it to anyone.
The experience has left a sour taste in our mouth and to be dismissed the way we were was disgraceful,time will tell if our grievances are dealt with.

Pros:

I loved this place. The room was spacious, the bed was comfy, everything was clean. I even noticed the skirting boards clean.....big tick

The staff were so helpful on arrival. The driveway is a little steep and she made sure I knew to go slow otherwise the car would scrape. It's the little things

handy and relaxing spot with good views from room.
Pros:

close to transportation and day surgery hospital and shopping centre. Breafast was very good. gym was ok. good amenities in the room as well.

Cons:

the office computer connections where very slow to getting nothing. also water from the shower kept leaking into bathroom area.

Quiet, cosy, clean, convenient, helpful front desk, good house keeping. Much appreciated.

Cons:

I used to love that the restaurant was available for dinner. The hotel on the corner was an easy alternative.
