Sauberes und ruhiges Zimmer

Cons:

In der Nacht kommt man nur mit der Nachtglocke in das Hotel. Wir mussten 5 klingeln bis der Nachtportie kam.

Angeblich konnte bei der letzten Übernachtung nichts abgebucht werden weil wir angeblich die Reise nach der Übernachtung storniert hätten was nicht stimmt ! Bei der nächsten Buchung wusste wir von nichts bis wir erst im Hotel an der Rezeption waren und uns gesagt wurde wir stehen auf der Schwarze Listen 90€ sind flöten gegangen ohne Übernachtung und bis heute kein Geld zurückbekommen eine Frechheit und das für ein Hotel was sich in den letzten 3-4 Jahren sowieso nichts mehr erlauben kann weil es so stark nachgelassen hat ! Keine weiter Empfehlung vor allem nicht wenn sie ein Hotel suchen mit einer 24/7 Rezeption

Big disappointment, won't recommend.
Pros:

Room ok, bathroom ok. Breakfast- disaster. There were hardly any residents. Day in and day out same cold, unimaginative , old fruits, impersonal breakfast. The pictures of hotel misleading.

Cons:

At least a restaurant that serves hot food could have been there , when it was getting colder .
