Adorable hotel with excellent service. The front desk staff are really wonderful and speak English and if you call down for say an extra pillow they come right away. The atmosphere is fun and friendly and the rooms are small but very comfortable. One minor thing is that the pillows are a bit too soft for my taste. Otherwise really nice.

Very friendly hotel athmosphere, quiet and beautiful rooftop bar and a delicious breakfast with vegan and vegetarian options.

Was there for a work event! The hotel is a complete vibe! The rooms are cool, funky yet functional! The rooftop pool bar is also a great place to wind down after a long day! However, the best thing about the hotel are the teams! One of my colleagues lost a phone in a taxi and the teams spent almost two hours calling cab companies and ensuring that he was able to retrieve his phone by the morning - this was truly a service above and beyond i have ever received anywhere (coming from someone stays in 2 to 3 hotels each month)! This lady was godsent and we cant thank her enough!

The rooms were very comfy and spacious with room for suitcases. The breakfast was amazing and as a coeliac they provided gf options. Easy to walk to trams and restaurants. The hotel is fun and decorated with a great quirky feel. The staff were helpful and friendly. A great place to stay in Milan.

Nhow milan is still nwow to me. My last stay here was after Covid, in 2022, and it was always one of my fav hotels in Milano pre covid times, just a bit outside my way, but an attractive hotel in a Lively hood, made it a place of stay for half a decade.

While I was afraid to find an aged and ageing venue, it wasnt the case. The lobby is still funky and charming, and even more, or re, decorated with new art pieces, while you wait to check in, you can still help yrself to water, gummy bears and even a side coffee machine near the bar. Checkin assistant was super friendly
This time I was set in a larger room than I booked, 265, end of corridor, quietest you can have. Room was sound proof (the benefit of this old 19th century factory with heavy walls and doors which are up to date). Great blackout curtains to complete a 30sqm room dotted with an espresso machine, water bottles, amd a nice working desk. Naturally, a biiiig TV on the wall with chromecaat options.

The room closet is totally open, and allows to hang more than to store, part of the charm and design, and the bathroom had a bathtub but 0 amenities, no more sleepers, notoothbrush too. Pity.

Despite the floor being black, I could see it wasn't properly cleaned between guests, and some white crumbles and small literring were visible in multiple places.

Cleanliness is never negotiable at this price and level, so here they lost 1 star out of their note.

One of their new additions is the very very nice rooftop bar and rooftop long infinity pool. I have to say this is rather unique in Milano, and if you come to town for leisure, it makes this hotel an interesting venue to use.
However swimming pool opening times are limited, from 09h00 to 18h00, then the place is devoted to its bar and its hip lounge atmosphere, as swimming for hotel guests is over.

Perhaps letting pool use till 19h00 would be nice for people returning to the hotel around 17h30/18h ?

Breakfast was a highlight for me, closer to 5* than 4*, large choice of fresh goods, juices, fruits, baked goods, excellent coffee too, and continuous in room services and tables cleaning. Highly professional team. Fat better than the 5* stars hilton I stayed at the day before in Turin.

The venue has some parking spots, free of charge, more available in the evening times, when the next doors offices are closed, and the neighbours stops using the hotel grounds as their parking space (to Hotel mgmt : EL employees or Elite agency workers among them).

The neighbourhood is trendy for some years, Porta Genova metro is within 10mns walking, Mudec is across the door, Armani silo is down the street, so is chaos lab, an interactive science museum for kids
and other museums are all around.
Lively hood, Navigli is behind and across, great bars and restaurants everywhere, but this hotel can be far from many central touristic points, however it is a nice hotel for both a weekend city stay or work, with a nearby access to the circular highway (Tangenziale).

To Management : please ensure that maids properly clean the rooms between guests.

So a highly suggested hotel when prices are competitive, and even more suggested during summer to enjoy the sunny design & towering pool. It deserves 5/5 if cleaning is at the level of the property.

The reason booked this hotel as it had a pool. We stayed 3 nights, first two days it rained so it was closed. The third day it was sunny by lunchtime and by 3.30 the pool staff had dried everything and put out towels. Our room overlooked the pool so we had watched it being prepared. We asked at reception if we could go up to the pool but were told it was closed. We showed them pictures it was ready and the sun was shining but they insisted we could not use it! Very disappointing. Your comments would be appreciated. Pictures available if required.

The hotel was lovely from a design perspective, very modern and funky. Some of the staff weren’t very friendly, particularly the girl who checked us in at reception, not sure she knew how to smile.
The pool area was cool and one of the reasons I booked it, but the drinks were very expensive…it’s the first time I’ve paid €20 for a Sprite and Coke! There wasn’t much to do nearby and we couldn’t find any family friendly restaurants so I’d probably stay more central next time. We had a nice time but it ended up being an expensive couple of days.

Very unexpected exterior design. The hotel is clean, fun to look around and we loved the included breakfast. The food upstairs by the pool was great too.

It felt more like a raunchy Las Vegas hotel than a luxury stay. The reception staff were not welcoming, and the location is far from the downtown area, with nothing nearby that felt truly “Italy.” The floors in both my room and the corridor were dirty, the temperature was uncomfortably warm, and my key card kept deactivating. Never again!

We had a great stay at the Nhow Hotel in Milan; a truly unique and memorable experience. The hotel is full of personality, with striking art pieces and bold, creative design throughout the space. It feels more like staying in a modern gallery than a traditional hotel, which made it all the more special.

Our room was spotlessly clean and featured the hotel’s signature funky, contemporary design, stylish without sacrificing comfort. Every detail was well thought out, from the layout to the lighting, creating a fun and inviting atmosphere.

The rooftop pool was a real highlight; the perfect place to unwind after a day in the city. The views were great and the vibe was laid-back and chic. The bar was on the pricier side, but the setting made it worth the splurge for a drink or two.

Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection to suit all tastes, from healthy options to indulgent treats, all fresh and beautifully presented. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always on hand with a smile and happy to assist with recommendations or directions.

The location is ideal for exploring the canal district (Navigli) with its cool restaurants and bars, though it is a little further out from the city centre, something to be aware of depending on your plans.

All in all, Nhow Milan offers a stylish, upbeat, and art-filled stay with great service and standout facilities. We’d happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for something a bit different in Milan

Modern, clean, and beautiful hotel. We were so happy with our stay.

A quirky and wonderful experience. On arrival you know this is something different. Met with quirky art installations, artwork and lively decor. Staff try to make things right and handled issues promptly and to a resolution. The breakfast is varied but don’t expect a full British fry up. The love table offers colourful treats that sweet lovers will adore. The room was luxurious, well designed and comfortable. All amenities made it a pleasure to stay. The pool and cocktail bar area is delightful; again colourful with music (a bit louder than I would choose at times). Towels are offered and snacks are (sometimes) given with drinks (which are expensive, €10 beer, €20 cocktail). The glass bottom infinity pool is amazing. There’s a lovely fitness suite with Sauna. Don’t trust the ap for info, said pool was closed all day when it wasn’t. I’d stay again it was fun and fabulous.

The good

The bad
Wasn’t able to check in on time. Staff don’t seem to know what’s going on or find out. Bedding wasn’t clean, hairs all over and I doubt changed.
If you have room on 4th floor make sure it’s other side to third floor pool and bar area or you’ll be pumped with music all day until 11pm.
Shower was not good, head didn’t work, not clean, and two temperatures red hot or cold.
Bar very expensive even for Milan.

I spent just under three weeks at nhow Milano (in my complimentary purple slippers and robe) and had the most incredible time here.

Entering my room for the first time, I was spoilt with a platter of deconstructed cookies, chocolate and berries, on a table with my very own coffee machine and black Smeg kettle - just like at home - with a very large bed and a welcome note from Guest Relations.

The staff were all so friendly and always made sure I felt right at home. The breakfast service was lovely. Each morning they offered a barista made cappuccino or two while they prepared an omelette to my liking. I then helped myself to freshly baked croissants, bread, sides (let's not forget the mini Nutella jars and array of condiments) and some fruit to keep me fuelled for my daily passeggiata.

The tram stop is located within a 5 minute walk down via Stendhal/via Solari, jumping on the #14 tram which arrives at the duomo in under 20 minutes. The tram/metro system is so easy to use. The canal (Ripa di Porta Ticinese) is a 20 minute walk from the hotel and worth seeing by day and night. Staff will happily recommend the easiest way to travel and sights to see.

Arriving back at the hotel in the late afternoon to enjoy the rooftop pool, Vertigo, soaking up the last rays in mid September and meeting other hotel guests. A great place to meet new people, especially when you're travelling solo!

Re-entering the hotel after dinner, I was always greeted by staff and an aroma of freshly popped popcorn, ready for a pre bedtime snack. Alternatively a night cap at the bar...

The laundry service was also very efficient and reasonably priced.

Such a beautiful space. Each level is worth visiting. Check out the artworks, DJs and occasional pop ups which bring through so many people and creates a real buzz about the place.

Can't wait to book my next holiday here.
