Worst place we have ever stayed at and we travel a lot. Will never stay at another Country Inn!

The property was in close proximity to our destination.

Cons:

First of all the room we originally were given the heat did not work. The next room the toilet, counters, and TV wasn’t clean. The TV had something smeared across it. Then, the shower wouldn’t drain. The room smelled like someone had been smoking in there. Kids running down the halls every night and setting the fire alarm off both nights somehow. Let’s not forget the constant smell of POT and limited parking due to people camping in the parking lot in their cars, then coming inside to shower, use the pool and have breakfast because a friend or family member paid for a room.

Overall I was very disappointed with this hotel. I would not recommend staying here.
Pros:

The bed was spacious.

Cons:

The ac in the room wasn’t working, the remotes for my tv didn’t work, one of the tv’s were busted, the parking lot was small and filled up so we had to park on the side of the property & overall look in the room was very old and run down.

The bathroom
Floor needs to be scrubbed with a machine. The corners and along the walls caking with dirt and the cracks. Floor looks bad and dirty.

Get rid of the robots!
Pros:

The guy at the front desk was EXCEPTIONAL! HE did EVERYTHING he could to correct the problem which actually booking.com is to blame!

Cons:

Booking.com confirmed my reservation, I received a few confirmation emails, however when I arrived at the hotel, my reservation or confirmation could not be located. I tried calling customer service but was continually connected to an Ai robot.
