Beware
Pros:

When i got to this hotel on 7/17/26, i immediately wanted to leave but all the other hotels were booked solid. We stayed there and was woken up in the middle of the night by the fire alarm making a quick noise. People were out in the halls trying to figure out what was going on. On Saturday night upon returning to the hotel, we couldn't use the refrigerator for our leftovers because it was frozen. When I went to take a bath, the towels had darks spots and pubic hairs on them so i called the front desk. The lady told me I had to come down to the desk to get more towels. My daughter went into the closet to get another sheet out and a roach ran out. I called the front desk and told them I was leaving. She offered me another room but at that point, I couldn't not sleep there.
When I spoke to the supervisor, he said I would be refunded accordingly. I had paid for 3 nights and only stayed one night. They refunded me for one night stating the room was utilized for the whole day Saturday because my stuff was in it and I did not notify them of the issue until 10pm when i found the roach. How unfair is that. I will be speaking to the corporate office. Attached are pictures. Beware of this hotel. It is in a dark creepy location and it is not sanitary.

Very disappointed would NEVER stay again

It was very dated, almost everything in the room was broken or very dirty, chose to pay at the property however got a call hours before we arrived that our card was getting declined and if we didn’t give them a new card our room would be canceled. The Indian man wanted to argue with me (the wife) when I told them that I selected to pay when I got there and was not giving my card number over the phone but when my husband got on the phone and stated the same thing then it was no longer a issue. The beds were so small and hard like sleeping on a rock. We checked out at 6:30am and turned in our room key, however about 4 hours after we left I got a text that if we did not check out soon we would be charged extra, so I had to call and remind them to check us out.

The room was smelly and the carpets were dirty. The bathroom was very unsanitary. The floor tiles were filthy. The bathtub made my skin crawled. There were rust in the corner of the bathroom. The bathroom door hangs too high up off the floor. Bugs was crawling on the bathroom floor. Lots of holes in the curtains. The bed was hard and the cloth chair in the room was dirty and not comfortable at all. The pool room was very, very hot and muggy. I only stayed one(1) day. I've checked out on June 13th, 2026. Because the smell made me very nauseous.

Don’t waste your time
Pros:

There were stains on the bathroom wall, shower curtain, window curtains and some furniture. I had to clean the ENTIRE room including the bathroom floor. Inside two drawers was hair and two of the pillows on my bed looked as if they had been slept on (they were dingy and wrinkled). I had to request all new bedding. The closet was not useable due to the door being broken off the tracks and leaning. Our room #116, shared a wall with the kitchen. Every morning, I was awaken around 5am with banging noises. I would not recommend this particular Country Inn & Suites by Radisson. I was extremely disappointed.

A great place to stay when traveling in or out of Charleston international Airport!
Pros:

Clean and well kept. Breakfast was yummy!

Cons:

When going to breakfast upon returning to the room neither card key would work but was fixed very quickly from front desk.
