Mancata pulizia delle camere, l’unica cosa che abbiamo trovato è il letto fatto ogni giorno, il resto nulla. Bagno mai pulito, asciugamani mancanti, tazzine del caffè lasciate sporche vicino alla macchinetta

The receptionist accommodated a request to change a ground floor room to one higher up, as I was a lone female traveller and gent safer not on ground floor.

Cons:

The hairdryer cut out and stopped working part way through drying my hair and the roller blind had no way of pulling it open, so had no natural light in the bedroom. Room 302.

Best hotel in London.
Pros:

All so convenient for all.
The stuffs very friendly, professional and knew what they doing.
Sneha always got welcome smile as a receptionist I give her 10/10 if I can give more I will.
And I will comeback definitely in the hotel to have a good rest.

Pros:

Sentralt, nærme undergrunnstasjon. Fint, rent og lyse, fine rom. Var ufattelig varmt i London, så AC i resepsjon og rom var helt nydelig! Veldig serviceinnstilt og hyggelig personale. Vannflaske, kaffe og kjeks på rommet ved ankomst.

Cons:

Litt harde senger, og bråk fra gata. Enkle glass i vinduene, og lytt ut til ganga. Bodde rett med heisen. Savnet kjøleskap på rommet eller muligheter for isbiter.

Bene ma non benissimo
Pros:

La posizione è buona, molto facile l'accesso a metro e bus. La stanza non il solito buco che si trova a Londra (noi avevamo una doppia).

Cons:

Uno dei due letti era sfondato e quindi è risultato scomodo. La finestra che non si poteva aprire forse perché dava su un balcone con un parapetto troppo basso, ma 4 notti senza fare cambiare l'aria sinceramente non va bene
