Camera piccolina ma abbastanza confortevole, doccia spaziosa

Cons:

Non rifacevano mai la stanza, entravano piegavano le asciugamani e basta, Solo un giorno su 5 ci hanno rifatto il letto ma non hanno mai pulito il bagno.

Vuile kamer!
Pros:

Enkel de ligging was voor ons oké. Direct aan Hyde Park. De receptioniste was ook zeer vriendelijk.

Cons:

Onze kamer was ronduit smerig. Haren van voorgangers op de muren in de badkamer, overal een dikke laag stof, de rolgordijnen was kapot en ook het raam kon je niet sluiten... Deze was op een bricolage manier vastgemaakt, maar bleef altijd een kiertje open. De geur die in de kamer hing was alles behalve fris. Wij zijn hier niet gebleven dus over het ontbijt kan ik helaas niets zeggen. Wij hebben lastminute een ander hotel geboekt daar wij niet geneigd zijn om in het vuil van een ander te verblijven.

Loved the location and friendly staff

Cons:

Breakfast not included with all rooms. Basement room had no hooks or anything near door for coats. Only one hanger in wardrobe, in bedroom area, and no working batteries for remote for air. No fridge. Hairdryer on wall did not work. Did find a second after looking around. Stains on bedding, flooring and possible mould in bathroom.

I liked the location

Cons:

We had a small room. We had to wait for staff to find hangers for the wardrobe. The WiFi connections (USB port) didn’t work. This are basic amenities . Not impressed. Although it was reported, someone agreed that it didn’t work & that was that. Plenty of other rooms available!

Pros:

Отлично местоположение, близо да три линии на метрото, много магазини и заведения наблизо, на 100м. от Хайд парк. Добра закуска, чиста стая и баня, удобно легло, приветлив и отзивчив персонал, особено Сусма на рецепцията.

Cons:

Шумоизолацията между стаите е слаба. Няма плодове за закуска

I was not bad but i would not come back
Pros:

The room was redecorated.

Cons:

The room was quiet and i belive because is not summer but we definitely could hear the room next door talking and the alarm in the morning. The Mattress my god was think and very soft i believe has not been changed in 15 years. Also plugs for everything that is needed to be charge if we did not have an extension lead wound be difficult to charge everything overnigh. The room was somehow clean but the tray where the kettle is nobody took the kettle of to clean the tray and the bed overboard full of dust.

Horrendous and costly considering I had to leave two days early due to the poor conditions

Great location, very neatly presented

Cons:

We had to leave after the first night of a three night stay, for a number of reasons. The bed was a very thin mattress on a bed frame, and was like sleeping on concrete with the occasional spring in your back. The shower had zero pressure, the water basically seeped out of the shower head. Lastly, laying on the bed and facing the door, I could see when people walked past or were on the hallway due to the disturbing gap between the door and the frame, on both the length of the door and under the door. Not just a shadow, the actual person. Disturbing in that if I can see them then they could quite easily see me, no privacy. There was no way we could stay there so had lose 2 nights accomodation. Would never stay again

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub verbracht, praktisch war auch die Nähe zur City, Bus , U-Bahn und Geschäfte in der Nähe.
Pros:

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, besonders die freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiterinnen am Empfang. Das Frühstück war lecker und ausreichend für uns. Das Zimmer war sauber und wirkte neuwertig. Fernseher nur ein Programm empfangen, was aber kein Problem war. Das Bett war bequem, könnte etwas breiter sein, was aber dem Platz im Zimmer entspricht. Es gab im Zimmer einen Tee Wasserkocher und eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine. Insgesamt hatten wir eine schöne Zeit verbracht. U-Bahn, Bus und Geschäfte, Restaurants in der Nähe. Nähe zur City war super. Vielen lieben Dank a die netten Empfangs Mitarbeiterinnen.
