Perfecto para estancia corta
Pros:

Un hotel sin muchas pretensiones pero todo muy cómodo y limpio. La ubicación lo mejor. Muy cerca de Hyde Park y Notting Hill. El personal muy agradable

Cons:

Me gustó todo. Tan solo que nos costó encontrarlo. El nombre de la puerta es otro: London Hyde Park. Pongo fotos de la entrada

Pros:

Pessoal muito simpático. Deixou-nos fazer o check-in antes da hora, quando chegamos. Hotel bem localizado. Deixaram-nos aquecer comida no microondas. Ficaram com as malas no último dia. Tudo muito bom. Excelente qualidade preço

Cons:

Único senão foi quarto no piso -1, com janela interna. Todavia, não fez muito falta, só fomos ao quarto dormir.

Preis-Leistung ist super, das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen und das Personal sehr freundlich.
Pros:

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich.

Cons:

Unser Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert. Wir haben das Personal am ersten Tag darauf hingewiesen, aber er wurde nie repariert. Das SAT-Kabel war kaputt, es hätte nur ausgetauscht werden müssen.

Cons:

Every night the settings of the air conditioner would switch from AC to heat and lock us out from changing the settings at midnight. It would change to an unbearable level of heat and my wife and I would wake up sweating. EVERY NIGHT I would have to get dressed and walk down to the lobby to request that the settings be unlocked and reset to the previous level I had previously set. Every night I would be assured it would not happen again, only for it to happen again the very next night. One of the nights the vent cover came off of the wall and struck me while I slept in bed. I spoke about this to the person attending the desk and no changes were made regarding the vent cover or the status of the air conditioner. There was no notification ahead of time of the continual construction going on at the hotel either.

Prima hotel voor als je veel weg bent en heel aardig personeel!
Pros:

Locatie en aardig personeel. Ook was de lobby en waren de gangen heel erg schoon. In de avond/nacht was het helemaal stil. Het hotel was ook niet heel erg gehorig. Het was ook een fijn idee dat er 24/7 iemand aanwezig is van de receptie.

Cons:

Als je de kamer binnenkwam rook het naar riool, de televisie deed het niet. Er werd bij het inchecken niet vermeld dat ze helemaal geen Europese stopcontacten in de kamer hadden ( is vaak in hotels wel het geval ), gelukkig hadden ze wel een oplossing toen wij ernaar vroegen. Het raam bleef niet openstaan, er zaten ( waarschijnlijk make-up ) vlekken op de muur en op het hoofdboord van het bed zaten wat vlekken van een pen ofzo. Verder was de badkamer niet heel erg goed schoongemaakt ( er lagen nog haren op de wc ( waarschijnlijk van de schoonmaakster of van de vorige gasten ) en stof. Ook zaten de tegels een beetje los, kortom de badkamer kan zeker een upgrade gebruiken. Het ene bed lampje was helemaal kapot en de ander was ook op z’n eind.
