A perfect small hotel, helpful staff, beautiful breakfast, perfect location.
Pros:

Fabulous location, near Kensington gardens, restaurants , royal Albert hall , all walking distance. Near 2 underground stations too.
Fabulous breakfast and the staff very helpful.

Chambre mal isolée, volet non occultant, on a été placé dans une chambre du bas on entendait tout les clients de l’hôtel qui rentre tard, et qui parlait fort la préparation du petit déjeuner avec les placards qui claquent, on a été réveillé en sursaut à plusieurs reprises
La télé ne fonctionne pas, on a demandé à être changé de chambre chose qui a été faite le lendemain, mais la nouvelle chambre il manquait une lampe de chevet. La télé ne fonctionnait toujours pas c’était pas très propre on n’y retournera pas.

Gostei muito de tudo exceto do colchão. Um dos colchões era terrível, tinha um buraco no meio.

L'hotel è situato in ottima posizione,vicino a due linee metropolitane. La colazione è essenziale ma è un grosso vantaggio. Lo staff è stato accogliente e gentile. La camera spaziosa e pulita

Sijainti Hyde Parkin ja metron lähellä on erinomainen. Siisteys. Kiva henkilökunta.

Cons:

Huono äänieristys. Kadulta kuuluivat kaikki äänet huoneseen. Ilmastointikanavien kautta kuului muiden huoneiden äänet, mm. jonkun kuorsaus!

Aamupala oli vaatimaton. Tallelokero ei toiminut.
