De locatie en het uitzicht over de Petronas torens; het uitgebreide ontbijtbuffet; de waterdispenser op elke verdieping; en de assistent-manager Rini die zeer behulpzaam, betrokken en meedenkend was

Cons:

Wifi was te traag; het verdienmodel van dit hotel is gebaseerd op het genereren van inkomen door andere dingen aan de gasten aan te bieden zoals bijv club toegang voor een bedrag van +/- €100 p/d (en als je vervolgens van hotelkamer wil veranderen en geen club toegang meer wenst, dan krijg je niet eens een koffiezetapparaat in je nieuwe kamer en dit terwijl je bijna €200 p/d kwijt bent); en als het hotel een Grab (uber) voor je reserveert gaan ze ipv omgerekend €2 een bedrag van €15 in rekening brengen voor een ritje van niet langer dan 10 minuten; verder geen toiletborstel aanwezig in de wc;

Le petit dejeuner était bon et c'est le seul aspect positif de ce séjour.

Cons:

Il m'a été proposé un changement de chambre avec un supplément tarifaire, la chambre initialement réservée n'étant pas jugée "adaptée". J'ai accepté cette proposition, mais la chambre attribuée s'est avérée être de catégorie similaire à celle initialement prévue.

Par ailleurs, un espace significatif entre la porte des toilettes et le mur compromettait l'intimité. Je dois souligner que cette expérience ne correspond pas aux standards attendus d'un établissement classé "5 étoiles".

Забронировали номер с видом на башни Петронас, на ресепшене озвучили что это нам в подарок номер с видом. Бронь на 3 взрослых - постельного белья 2 комплекта, также и с полотенцами. Похоже никто нас не ждал). Завтраки ориентированы на Китай, Вьетнам, мало мяса. Фруктов не очень много и нет разнообразия, хотя отель 5 звезд.
