Comfortable, good location and a nice view of the park and KLCC.
Pros:

The check-in date was on a PH and the queue was so long, so we went out first and came back at night and the staff was helpful and the check-in was very fast, we were upgraded and include of breakfast as well, thank you!

Cons:

the check-in line at 3pm was very long, i heard it went on until 7pm, but perhaps it's a PH, perhaps next time can do an automatic check-in or an option for guest to be able to store the baggages first, we were lucky as we parked at the hotel car park and could keep our bags there first.
