It was good
Pros:

It is nicely located. The rooms are good and well maintained.

Cons:

The gobo chit chat restaurant really needs an upgrade both in look and food. There is not enough option for vegan and vegetarian.

Great hotel in great location
Pros:

Very welcome greeting at reception. Only stayed one night, room was clean and well appointed. Sky bar has gorgeous views of the Petronas Towers and good selection of drinks and snacks

Worth it!
Pros:

I like the location --easy for me to walk to KLCC - the conference venue. Breakfast was really good - love the spread of fruits and salads. I had a fantastic room..with the view of the twin towers. The staff were very friendly and served us well.

Cons:

The pillows are a bit soft - had neck pain. Perhaps the hotel could provide options to clients other type of pillow?

Amazing stay for 5 nights
Pros:

We got upgraded to a twin towers room view. We really like the breakfast and the kids corner on the weekend. The buggy ride to the suria mall was a plus and it centrally located to the KLCC splash pool and the aquaria. Since it was my son birthday month the lady Im not sure of her name but she arranged for a small cake for him which makes him very happy.

A fantastic stay in a beautiful hotel with an unbeatable view of the Petronas Twin Towers — we would definitely stay her
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at Traders Hotel. We upgraded to an Executive Suite and the room was fantastic, with an amazing view of the Petronas Twin Towers. The room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Ravi, who was so accommodating whenever we needed anything. The location was also perfect for exploring KL, with so much within walking distance.

Cons:

Honestly, there wasn’t much we didn’t like about our stay. We really couldn’t fault it.

Not up to usual standard
Pros:

The location is fantastic

Cons:

We were kept waiting until they realised we had booked Club Class - room not ready and not set up for our stay. Hairs on day bed and had to wait for it cleaned and set up properly after a long journey after paying premium price

Pros:
