Pros:

Tout, la chambre vue sur les 2 tours, les soirées autour de la piscine, avec toutjours la vue sur les tours, l'emplacement. C'était exceptionnelle.

Cons:

Les sanitaires de la piscine coté femme, un peu vieux, les distributeurs de savon étaient cassés.

Wonderful stay with fabulous view in Kuala Lumpur!
Pros:

We had an amazing view of the twin towers that we bid on. Beautifully decorated and newly renovated room with a comfortable bed and an excellent shower. The view was stunning!! The breakfast was huge, so many choices with many ethnic varieties. The staff were also wonderful. We arrived in the morning and we were lucky enough to have a room when we arrived. A big thank you to the staff who gave us early check in. Everyone was warm and welcoming! It was walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Very close to visit the towers and lots of restaurants nearby. We made use of the free buggy. We ate at Bara on Six/Steakhouse and Bar for dinner the second night. Not much of steak fan but they offered so much more. Sooo glad we went there for dinner after trying to figure out where to go, it was right under our nose. I think the Steakhouse in the name through us off. It was a fantastic meal with a very sweet server. A little slow but the server had a lot of tables she was trying to take care with demanding guests(not in a bad way...just wine service, food delivery, order taking, explaining items, and checking out all at the same time) at the end of the night by herself. She was delightful and the food was delicious and the view was outstanding and this is in no way a complaint. It was wonderful!! It was probably what we were expecting the first night when we booked in the SkyBar not realizing it was a bar with food vs a restaurant/bar. The first night we booked in advance(weeks out) for the Sky Bar. By comparison, the food was also good but bar food casual. The setting is beautiful, sitting on couches if you are lucky to get one with a view of the Twin Towers(which we did), and the pool behind you. The pizza and cauliflower were both very good. Nice happy hour offering on drinks. Drinks were good. The server was great once we had one. A little confusing with how to order on the app.

Cons:

We booked the Sky Bar well in advance with high expectations. Although we had a lovely evening in the end, and expectations were met, it could have been better. The welcome vibe felt average upon entering and a little slow for not being very busy. The hostess could have been better with a warm greeting, explaining everything upon arrival including how to order or what to expect or a server should stop by sooner to check in to make sure the process is understood. But in the end, it was a lovely evening with a great server, lovely view and tasty food!
