Fantastico
Pros:

Posizione strategica perfetta per visitare la città anche a piedi, a due passi dalle twin tower. La mia stanza era grande e munita di ogni comfort oltre che pulita. La struttura di per sè è un po' caotica visto che l'hotel è gigante, quindi la reception è sempre affollata - più tranquilla la zona piscina che di sera diventa bellissima per un drink panoramico. Ci tornerei sicuramente :)

Cons:

Non avrebbe guastato avere più receptionist, anche l'attesa per gli ascensori era un po' lunga

An exceptional stay with stunning views, outstanding service, and a truly relaxing experience—I can’t wait to return.
Pros:

The view of the Petronas Twin Towers was absolutely incredible and a highlight of my stay. The room exceeded my expectations—it was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff were extremely kind, professional, and accommodating throughout my visit. I especially appreciated the early check-in and how smoothly everything was handled. I also had a spa appointment, and the experience was excellent—the staff member was very professional and provided a wonderful massage. They even assisted with luggage and arranged a taxi for my early morning departure, which made everything stress-free.

Cons:

There was honestly nothing I disliked—everything about my stay was perfect.
