Cleanliness, politeness, Zanty restaurant food.

We were quite hesitant travelling to India, especially with how things are in the world at the moment and having not been to India before. However, all the staff were so friendly and helpful, from the security at the front entrance to seeing Oliver at breakfast every morning. We had such a nice experience, and we highly recommend staying at the Hotel Bawa Suites.

Location is very good and staff is caring

We had a nice room 405 always clean and there was the group of cleaner’s
SARWAN/SIARAM/KISHOR/ SUNIL/ KARAN — very friendly and caring and professional cleaners

I stayed at this hotel in Mumbai for over a month whilst having dental work done which is right next door to Dentzz Mumbai. I had a pleasant time staying here with the comfortable accommodation and excellent food and service. I would especially like to thank all the staff here at Bawa Suites, the Manager Marindeer, the front reception of Sanchit, Rajesh and Yash. The room attendendants Hemmant, Pradip, Sunil, Kishor, Ansel, Sitaram, Mahendra and Pravin. All the Chefs and kitchen staff of Oliver, Douglas Stephen and Raj. All the security staff. Jai and his maintenance team and all the Zante staff of Sam and Bada.... My apologies for not remembering everyone's name in my post but thankyou to you all as you all do a wonderful welcoming job and look forward to seeing you all again next year 😀. The rooms are spacious, clean, and ACs working well. They have an amazing restaurant attached to the building.

Excellent location friendly very helpful and professional staff and with a first rate restaurant. The hotel was good value for money with spacious well appointed rooms kept clean and tidy by an enthusiastic team of cleaners. Good wifi.

Have been staying at this conveniently located boutique hotel during our visits to Mumbai for several years.
Find it not only convenient but also comfortable with a high degree of satisfaction on all aspects that matter to us.
The rooms are cozy, housekeeping is good, room service prompt and breakfast is satisfying, with a good variety. And the staff - in all departments - are efficient, responsive, considerate and friendly.
Strongly recommended.

It was a real pleasure to have such a warm welcome specially to Oliver and Raj - who were in the kitchen service - their smile warmth and compassion really made us feel like home

The hotel’s central location is very convenient. The staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and attentive. The rooms are spacious and offer excellent value for money.
All my requests were handled promptly and efficiently. A special mention to the room service team—Pravin, Sachin, Pradesh, Bishop, and Sunil—for their outstanding support. The security and gate staff were also extremely helpful.
