Everything, from management, room service, house keeping and security and Bellhop ( Sanchit) My stay was the most enjoyable, amazing stay.
Friendly, approachable staff, clean rooms, great aircon, fantastic service.
The tables and chairs missing from the entry, where you were able to sit and have coffee and tea in the open air.
The staff was so friendly and helpful! A must when visiting chaotic Mumbai.
When I arrived the toilet was not working, I called reception and they got it working by the morning. The WiFi also slow in the rooms.

Noise level, acceptable. I had trouble with the level of noise from other guests on my floor. Management were more than happy to sort this for me.

The hotel is really pretty, staff is helpful and kind. Location also is great if you are coming for an event because next door there is a renting place for clothes. I am so pleased with my stay! I can only recommend them!
Best place to stay at if coming for business and want to stay bang on linking road.
Great hotel near where i needed to be. Shout out to the room guys Sarwan Kishor Pravin Hemant and Sunil. They did a great job and were always happy and cheerful
The location was great for me and what I wanted to do. Bus stop very close and Bandra train station close. The breakfast was good. The staff were all friendly, polite and helpful. A special personal mention for Hermant who helped me out with a plug adapter issue I had.
There was nothing I would say I disliked. The only comment I would have as a smoker is that it would have been nice to have more seating and perhaps a table or two in the entrance smoking area.

Breakfast very very bad
Room was smelling. Linens were not fresh, felt itchy all night. Bathroom was not clean. Paid for 2 nights, but decided to leave after one night because of the issues. Hotel was inconsiderate and did not provide the refund to us for second night. Guest satisfaction points - 0
Polite and proactive staff
Great, safe location, valet service and 24/7 concierge. Comfortable bed, great AC, nice bathroom.
Towels had some old stains.
Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean.
Noise at midnight and early morning
Room was well kept for me the boy's Kishor, Sarwan, Sachin,Karan and Hemant did a wonderful job...they are friendly, welcoming and take pride in their efforts....
This is a new, modern hotel located in the vibrant Bandra West area, offering a central and convenient base for shopping and sightseeing.
The property features a good in-house restaurant that serves a well-rounded breakfast with both Indian and Western options, along with lunch and dinner, and efficient room service.
The rooms are very comfortable and well-appointed, with TV, air conditioning, clean bathrooms, hot water, and a kettle—all functioning perfectly, with spotless bed linen adding to the overall comfort.
The reception (overnight Mr Steven?) and hotel staff are consistently kind, helpful, and hospitable, delivering a professional level of service throughout the stay. Its proximity to the airport and reasonable access to the metro make it even more convenient.
Overall, it’s a reliable and comfortable choice, and I would gladly stay here again.
