Hotel Bawa Suites

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Bawa Suites. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional.

A special thanks to Preeti at the reception, who went out of her way to arrange an early check-in considering my aged mother. Her kindness and understanding made a great first impression.

Initially, we were not comfortable with the room due to the bed. Supervisor Hemant immediately took ownership of the situation and arranged for us to be shifted to another room with a much more comfortable medicated bed. He further escalated the matter to Manager Faisal, who personally visited our room to ensure that we were completely satisfied and instructed the entire team to take utmost care of us throughout our stay. His professionalism and genuine concern for guest comfort were truly commendable.

The breakfast experience was equally delightful. Pravin, who looked after the breakfast area, ensured everything was well organized and that guests were attended to promptly. Oliver and Douglas were extremely courteous, attentive, and always served with a smile, making every breakfast enjoyable.

It is because of such dedicated and caring staff that Hotel Bawa Suites stands out. Their warmth, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made our stay memorable. I would highly recommend Hotel Bawa Suites to anyone looking for excellent hospitality and outstanding customer service. We will certainly look forward to staying here again.

Just 20min from the airport by car. Near a major street market and shops just walking distance.

The staff are friendly and hospitable.

Room size was more than needed and well valued for the money paid.

Staff, Mahendra, Yash, Kavin, Dilkush, Sunil, Sachin, Praveen and Oliver always willing to go the extra mile to make you comfortable.

Toilet was found clean and modern.

Money well spent.

The receptionist Preeti wonderful lady and kind to help me with eveythung I need in BAWA, gave the best experience delivered ever, I did not keep any expectations but they meet all of it.

The Housekeeping staff was really kind and helpful

We had a pleasant stay at Bawa suits. The service staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless clean and maintained.Location is convenient.

Warm welcome, clean ambience , great staff at the reception. Preeti , Yash and Faizal were always so welcome and kind . They surprised my wife for her birthday by arranging a special cake. The staff at breakfast area are so good .

Mahendra Sunit Sachin Kishor Hemant Pravin and Karan all of who working in the BAWA hotel are very excilentnt and hard working.

The stay was amazing, the rooms were spacious and clean. The food was good and the overall experience was pleasant. Yash in the reception was very helpful, and the location was also neat and beautiful.

Very clean modern rooms, air-conditioned.
All staff warm and friendly rooms quite and made up every day.
Highly recommended when staying in Mumbai.
