Pros:

Super freundliches Personal, die Größe des Zimmers war für mich ausschlaggebend.. Sehr geräumig sehr sehr viel Ablage, was ich liebe,
Sauber, sehr bequeme Betten, alles in allem top.
Keine Wartezeit am Aufzug

Cons:

Teppichboden im Zimmer, leider gar keine Aussicht sondern ein Hinterhof keine richtige Lobby ,was aber okay ist da man sich in New York nicht im Hotel aufhält.
Kaffee zusätzlich im Zimmer wäre nicht schlecht statt nur Tee.

Great location, near to subway stations and time square, very quiet at nights for a perfect rest, the room with king bed is huge! will definitely stay again in the Henn na Hotel.

cleanliness, location, quiet room, fancy toilets, good value! I would recommend.

Cons:

no bottled water, no water refill station, paper cups, no coffee/creamer/sugar, plastic utensils, napkins.

Hotel muy recomendable
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, cerca de todos los sitios de interés y rodeado de restaurantes. Habitaciones amplias y limpias.

Cons:

La habitación daba a un patio interior y la máquina de aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido. Hubiera estado bien tener otra silla en la habitación.

Pros:

Staff was great. Restaurant was delicious and staff there was wonderful too. The Japanese toilet was a great plus! The location and value were outstanding!!

Cons:

For me the bed was a little too firm though my husband loved it.
