Excelente todo, salvo el desayuno
Pros:

La comodidad de las camas, la amabilidad de los empleados, la ubicacion del hotel que es insuperable, la limpieza y el baño

Cons:

Que la publicacion no indique que el desayuno incluido en la tarifa no se proporciona en el hotel sino que te dan una tarjeta para desayunar en una cafeteria que está en la misma cuadra del hotel. Si tu idea es ir desde tu habitacion hasta el salon comedor en ropa comoda, sentarte comodamente en una mesa y disfrutar de un desayuno variado, con vajilla, fruta, cereales, yogurt, variedad de panes, huevos revueltos, etc, etc, este hotel NO es lo que buscas. Tenes que salir a la calle (en nuestro caso con -16°), hacer fila en una cafeteria pequeña donde hay 150 personas y no se puede caminar, elegir entre un cafe con un bagel o un sandwich y luego tomar el desayuno parado. Habrá personas a las que no les moleste todo esto, pero seria bueno que lo aclaren en la publicacion asi no hay sorpresas.

I’d stay again.
Pros:

Location was great. Tons of places to eat nearby. Close to MSG. Room was modern and clean.

Cons:

I didn’t really care as I was only there one night, but there’s no lobby whatsoever, if having space other than your room is important to you.

Great hotel.
Pros:

The location is excellent, especially for those commuting through Penn Station. The neighborhood is fun and full of life. You're close to everything that makes NYC the best city in the world.

Cons:

If your room faces the street, a little too much light comes through at night. This would only bother someone who prefers their room completely dark when they sleep.

Pros:

Room was fine, location was good.

Cons:

Hotel was just bland. Lobby was mostly concrete and a strange animatronic dinosaur. Room had no art on the walls or anything just a flat dark gray paint. View was just the backs of adjacent buildings.

Amazing
Pros:

We loved the hotel , we stayed 8 nights , the hotel is close to everything , 10m from time square , 2m from Penn station . The hotel is super clean, with very comfortable beds and pillows. From housekeeping to security, everyone is very helpful, and whenever you request something, they fix it immediately. A big thank you to Jennifer. For me, the stars of guest service are Aleistair and Winston .They go above and beyond and are always ready to help. You guys are the true value of the hotel. If I ever come back to New York, this will be the hotel I choose again.

Cons:

The only thing management should take into consideration is providing a coffee machine, either in the room or in the lobby.

호텔이 뉴욕의 중심부에 위치해있어서 교통이 매우 좋았고, 가격도 합리적이었습니다.
방이 상당히 넓고, 청결 상태는 그럭저럭 괜찮았습니다.
골목에 위치해있어서 뷰가 아쉬운 것만 제외하면 정말 괜찮은 호텔인 것 같네요.
