Amazing!
Pros:

I’ve stayed at this hotel 5 times already and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. I travel to New York several times a year and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else now.
The location is perfect-right in the heart of Manhattan, with everything you need within walking distance (and Best Bagels right next to the hotel :P). The rooms are spacious, always spotless and the housekeeping team is incredibly professional. Every member of the staff is kind, welcoming and always willing to help.
During one of my stays, I had an issue with my card payment. Because of a banking problem, it took quite a while to resolve but the hotel’s General Manager (Neil) was exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process. His support and communication made all the difference and thanks to him everything was successfully sorted out.
This hotel consistently delivers a fantastic experience and that’s exactly why I keep coming back. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean and well-managed place to stay in New York.

疲れのとれるキレイな広いホテル
Pros:

どこに行くのもアクセスよく、Jacob K. Javits Convention Centerまで徒歩でもいく事が出来ました。またお部屋も広めでバスタブのある部屋にして、足湯も可能で日々の疲れも取れました。スタッフの対応も、伊藤園のお茶パックもGOOD！

Cons:

エントランスのライトが、コネクションルームと連動しているのか、隣のアクションでついたり消えたりが、就寝時気になりました。次に改善されていたら嬉しいです。

מלון מצוין ונקי במיקום מעולה
Pros:

מלון מצוין במיקום מעולה. הוא קרוב מאוד לתחנות הרכבת התחתית, ובמרחק הליכה נוח מטיימס סקוור ומהשדרה החמישית. החדרים היו מרווחים מאוד והתאימו היטב למשפחה של זוג ושני ילדים.

רמת הניקיון הייתה ראויה לציון. החדר נוקה מדי יום, המגבות הוחלפו באופן קבוע והכול נשמר מסודר ונעים לאורך השהות. גם צוות המלון היה אדיב, שירותי ונכון לסייע בכל שאלה או בקשה.

Cons:

החיסרון היחיד מבחינתנו היה זרם מים חלש יחסית במקלחת. מעבר לכך, הייתה לנו חוויה טובה מאוד, ובהחלט היינו שוקלים להתארח במלון שוב.

Excellent séjour à Midtown et super rapport qualité/prix
Pros:

Hôtel idéalement situé en plein Midtown, à quelques centaines de mètres de Pennstation (et donc des principales lignes de métro et train vers aéroport). La literie est très confortable, la chambre spacieuse très propre et le personnel souriant et efficace. Nous recommandons totalement pour visiter New York.

Cons:

Il manque peut-être des rangements pour les vêtements (penderie et autres meubles) ainsi qu'une machine à café.
