Perfect location, spotless rooms, fast elevators, and outstanding value—I would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

This hotel is in an excellent location, close to everything. Penn Station is literally on the corner, making it incredibly easy to get around New York by subway.

The hotel doesn’t offer on-site parking, but there’s a very convenient and reasonably priced parking garage just around the corner on 34th Street, right next to Madison Square Garden.

Our room was surprisingly spacious for New York City. Everything was spotless, looked modern and well maintained, and the bathroom was immaculate. The only suggestion I would make is to add a mirror outside the bathroom, as the only mirror is inside.

Housekeeping cleaned the room every day, which we really appreciated.

The elevators were amazingly fast! We stayed on the 10th floor and never waited more than two minutes.

I would definitely stay here again!

If I had to mention one thing that could be improved, it would be offering breakfast in a more convenient dining area. That small change would make this hotel absolutely perfect.

Pros:

Great location - close to everything without being too close to the chaos of Times Square. Staff great. Extended checkout no problem at all.

Cons:

Could have done with a proper bar, but not a big problem as several good alternative places within just a few yards.

Hotel muito bem localizado próximo da maioria dos pontos turístico e de várias linhas de metro. Quarto bem limpo. Camas confortáveis.

Cons:

O quarto atribuído foi no 5º piso, sem vista. Chuveiro com muito pouca pressão (quase impossível lavar o cabelo). Sem rede de telemóvel no piso 5. Má insonorização. Ouvia-se o hospede do quarto ao lado a falar como se estivesse dentro de nosso quarto.

Pros:

Es mi segunda vez en el hotel y ha sido el mejor en calidad - precio. Le doy un 10 por detalles que no se encuentran en NYC. Dejamos las maletas dos dias mientras nos fuimos a Boston regresamos al mismo hotel y no nos cobraron ningun cargo adicional, en otro hotel que nos hospedamos anteriormente tuvimos que dejar propina solo por dejarlas unas cuentas horas. Los ascensores son rapidos, no tardan una eternidad, nos permitieron hacer late check out y no nos cobraron adicional. Por lo demas , todo el personal muy amable de principio a fin . Volveremos
