Pros:

Staðsetningin er frábært stutt í verslunarmiðstöð og hótelið er á ströndinni. Hægt að ganga á þægilegum stígum á Ensku ströndina tekur um það bil 30 mínútur. Þjónustan var mjög góð. Maki minn er blindur og fengum við mjög góða þjónustu frá þjónum sem vísa til borðs í matsalnum. Matsalurinn er frekar lítill og maturinn prýðilegur og við ekki orðin leið á honum eftir 2ja vikna dvöl.

Cons:

Í raun var ekkert sem mér líkaði ekki.

Excellente adresse au bord de l’océan
Pros:

Très bel emplacement, proche de tout via le bus face à l’hôtel. Accès direct à la plage et sentier le long de la mer depuis l’hôtel jusqu’aux dunes de Maspalomas (comptez environ 1h30 de marche). Personnel très agréable et accueillant. Buffet varié et de très bonne qualité. Nous reviendrons !

Zimmer mit Aussicht bestens
Zimmer gross genug und gut ausgestattet - allerdings für Freunde, die zusammen reisen, nicht ideal (Glastüre zur Dusche, und WC, kein separater Raum)
Man kann gut am Meer entlang laufen Richtung Maspalomas und es gibt unterwegs einige Restaurants direkt am Meer
Personal war sehr freundlich

Cons:

Der Strand wird morgens schon um 7 h 00 mit einem relativ lauten Traktor 'gereinigt', was störend ist, wenn man ein wenig länger schlafen möchte.

Als Stammgäste kommen wir gerne wieder!

Es gefällt uns fast alles, wir sind Stammgäste und kommen gerne wieder, bereits für 2026 gebucht

Cons:

Teilweise zu viele Leute beim Dinner, man sollte zwei Zeiten einführen. Außerdem sollte man darauf achten, dass manche Gäste die Verpflegung für den ganzen Tag vom Frühstücksbuffet mitnehmen, da sie nur Halbpension haben.

Pros:

Great variety of choices during breakfast and dinner. The pool areas were really nice and quiet with a direct access to the beach.

Cons:

There were not enough sunbeds for all guests, and the bed in the room was noisy because one of its legs was broken.

Het was een prettig verblijf in een luxe hotel met vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

Elke kamer had een prachtig uitzicht over de zee. Het personeel was over het algemeen erg vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Onze suite / maisonnette was ruim opgezet met twee etages, woonkamer beneden en slaapkamer boven. Er waren twee badkamers, een kleine op de bovenverdieping en een een ruimere op de benedenverdieping. De bedden waren comfortabel.

Cons:

Voor zo een (té) dure hotelkamer, suite / maisonnette, was de kamer erg kaal en niet erg comfortabel. Het meubilair was erg beperkt, en niet echt comfortabel. De wanden waren kaal, geen enkele poster of artwork aan de wand. De badkamer, voor wat betreft de douchecabine op de bovenverdieping was erg krap, en niet geschikt voor iemand die langer is dan 1.85 cm. Hetzelfde geldt voor de douche in de badkuip op de benedenverdieping.

Alles! Die große Auswahl vom Frühstück, der tolle Service, die Aussicht von unserem Zimmer rüber bis zu den Dünen. Die Lage vom Hotel.

Cons:

Das Essen an der Poolbar konnte und im Gegensatz zum Frühstück nicht überzeugen. Und die Parkplatzsuche, da das Hotel keine Parkplätze anbietet.

Tolle Lage.
Ob vom Pool, Poolbar, Balkon oder Restaurant, überall toller Blick auf Strand und Meer)
Noch nie so freundliches und flinkes Personal (bis auf einen arroganten Herrn an der Rezeption) in einem Hotel auf den Kanaren gehabt. Wirklich herzlich und nicht gespielte Freundlichkeit.
Essen war zu jeder Tageszeit lecker, auch an der Poolbar. Getränkeauswahl im all inkl. absolut ausreichend.

Cons:

Im Zimmer (407) wurden Fliesen mit Pflaster an der Wand befestigt. Das ginge auch etwas eleganter. Kaum Wasserdruck in der Toilette.
In der Dusche wechselt die Temperatur des Wassers ohne den Regler zu verändern ständig von eiskalt bis kochend heiss.
Der Fitnessraum ist nicht sehr ansprechend (Kellerraum)
5 Geräte, Gewichte maximal 10Kg.
Keine Fenster.
