Szuper volt az étkezési lehetőség. Tetsztett a környék. Az erkély a tengerre nézett, pár méterre volt a tengerpart. Könnyen megközelíthető éttermek, sportolási lehetőség, autóbérlés. A személyzet segítőkész és barátságos.
Az üvegelválasztású fürdő és mellékhelység kicsit furcsa volt a szobán belül. Kicsit kopottas bútorok és nyílászárók.
Wir kommen seit 4 Jahren im Herbst in dieses Hotel, es ist einfach unschlagbar. Sehr gutes Essen, sehr freundliches Personal, die Suiten sind genial und alle Zimmer haben Meerblick, der Animateur Andres ist spitze, der Atlantik ist direkt vor der Tür und das Hotel hat sehr viele Stammgäste, ein reines Erwachsenenhotel, zwischenzeitlich sind fast alle Getränke, Originalalkoholika im AI enthalten.
Leider gibt es nur einen Weißwein zur Auswahl bei AI, das hat sich verschlechtert , habe ich angesprochen, aber eine Änderung hat man in 10 Tagen nicht geschafft, je nach Teameinsatz wartet man am Abend an der Poolbar sehr lange auf Getränke

Great location with a bus stop 2 minutes away. The views were stunning. The pool was clean and acquagym was a lot of fun.
There were cockroaches around the hotel and in our room. The 'hot' food was lukewarm at best. The booking was all inclusive, but it seemed like the answer was always 'no'; we could not move a chair to make a table for three people, we could not have sangria at the restaurant, we could not get an ironing board in our room etc. Ice creams and gin cocktails were not included. Spa access was not included. No face cloths or dressing gowns in the bathroom. The restaurant they are partnered with had bad service (the waiter was standing near us playing videos on his phone) and when we informed them we were guests at the hotel, they swapped our menus with a much more limited menu. Guests were reserving sunbeds. This was more like a three star hotel than a four star hotel.

No nos gustó mucho cuando iban a la habitación, tocaban a la puerta y no esperaban a que abrieras, abrían directamente y te podían pillar de cualquier manera. Esta sería nuestra una pega. No nos había pasado en ocasiones anteriores.
Para nosotros algo subsanable.
El personal, refiriéndome al de planta o habitaciones, ejemplares. Creo que atienden a normas del hotel. Para ellas siempre un por encima de 15.

Sobre todo la ubicación y el personal. Tengo que felicitar por su profesionalidad y afecto a Eugenia y Marcos de recepción así como a Rosa, Ana, Teresa y Sebastián por su amabilidad y sonrisa permanente en los desayunos
Tienen que revisar las máquinas de correr del gimnasio porque no funcionan bien y la empleada que se encarga de los zumos en el desayuno no debería ser tan seria para trabajar en hostelería.
