It was very clean

It is not exactly a 4 star experience. No coffee or tea in the room. No food in the mini bar. Breakfast starts too late (8pm).

Third time staying at this hotel

Third time staying at this hotel. The location for our needs is important and that we can have a comfortable nights sleep.

Cons:

There seemed to be an issue with the aircon. When we arrived the aircon wasn’t working and the room was very hot (34 degrees outside) I reported it to reception and the young man who had just checked us in said he knew about and had reported it. Luckily, we were just dropping our bags and going out for lunch. When we came back from lunch it was working. However, it was impossible to regulate the temperature, it just kept pumping out the cold. 22.30h and it shut off again completely, we reported it again and it was reset, but again, impossible to regulate, so it just kept pumping cold air all night even though I had it set to 24 degrees. It made no difference what temperature you set it to, nor what fan speed selected (no low or high) it was just cold. This isn’t so much a complaint, as I would rather be cold with a blanket needed than hot and unable to sleep, but clearly the regulation of the thermostats needs addressing. It must cost the hotel a fortune having it pumping cold air all the time it is turned on.
