Nice service
The Breakfast was fantastic and the staff friendly.
The rooms are every, very tired. The rooms above reception/restaurant are very noisy.
The hotel was beautiful.
The lunch from the grill menu was absolutely delicious. I would most definitely eat lunch or dinner here again AND recommend to others.
The cooked breakfast was no where near the quality or standard of a premier inn breakfast. It was extremely flavourless from the eggs to the sausages, bacon, mushrooms and tomatoes.
The breakfast seriously lets this hotel down which is such a shame.
The room was great, but the fridge did not seem to be cold, as we wanted to store a birthday cake..
Location, parking and restaurant were good. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Staff were friendly and helpful also the location was good. Other than that there wasn't much that I liked I found the standard of hotel to be pretty disappointing. When we arrived the car park was rammed and they prioritised external guests over hotel guests.
The rooms on booking.com are not reflective of the reality of a standard room. The standard room is not modern and is poor quality. The rooms in the pictures are premium rooms. I found the facilities to be pretty basic and my bathroom wasn't very clean. Overall it was more 3* than 4*. The breakfast was disappointing and often the food ran out and I would have to ask staff to replenish. Overall pretty disappointing for the price point but staff were friendly and helpful. Bed's werent comfortable and I didn't sleep well they were very squeaky.
Pobyt wspominamy bardzo dobrze. Hotel położony jest w pięknym otoczeniu, a personel był bardzo miły i pomocny. Dużym plusem jest świetna strefa wellness z basenem i saunami. Estetyka sprzątania mogłaby być nieco lepsza, ale nie wpłynęło to znacząco na nasz komfort. Gdybym ponownie odwiedzała okolicę, bez wahania zarezerwowałabym ten hotel jeszcze raz.
The location and staff are amazing. Especially the one in the grill and bar, I forgot to ask her name. She was a black lady, bubbly and helpful, she helped us in the evening with our food order for in the room and then again at breakfast.
The water! In the sink the tap would just stop and run really slow. Also two people sharing a room and only one packet of biscuits left!
