Could of been better
Pros:

Pool & sauna area was nice

Cons:

Bed was uncomfortable also sheets had stains on them, read that there was a jacuzzi and there wasn’t & also got woke up at 3 in the morning by a fire alarm.

Hotel need lot of maintaining.
Pros:

Their was noise was coming by the A/C unit bugging noise all night. Which I recoded on my phone which I got the receptionist to listen.

AVOID! WORST NIGHT SLEEP. LOUD, BAD ROOM, BAD STAFF.
Pros:

The worst night "sleep" I've ever had. Avoid at all costs. I've never left a negative review on Booking.com in 10 years.

Cons:

The hotel turned into a nightclub with booming music all night. "Spa" hotel unbeliveable!! Then they wouldn't refund me because they think it's ok to tell guest after driving all the way that there's an event. After you've paid!! Not only was it impossible to sleep but the staff were also awful. I got a "mistake" phone call to my room in the middle of the night. There was shouting and doors banging in the hallway until 3am! Despite it being raised. So disappointed at Booking.com for how they've refused to handle the situation to. YOU CAN'T ACCEPT BOOKING KNOWING NO ONE CAN SLEEP IN THAT ENVIRONMENT. I'm absolutely appalled by the worst night I've ever had in a hotel.

Pros:

I like it had a pool attached however not as big as it looked in the photos. Breakfast was nice and tasty but perhaps could have been a little more variety.
Staff were lovely and friendly
