Pros:

Beautiful hotel beautifully decorated field very luxurious however I'd like to see water in the rooms it is a basic need I feel for a house of the Standard water should be in the rooms

Cons:

Spa facilities could do with a little bit more luxurious feeling it does not marry off with the rooms and hotels very very basic and the day we came the sauna had to be closed so we did not stay in there long

Convenient, good looking location, friendly staff but subpar on cleanliness.
Pros:

Friendly, helpful staff, and lots of rooms available.

Cons:

The room was not particularly clean. A dirty towel was still on the back of the door, the carpet was badly stained on both sides of the bed and the bed itself had various people’s hair both on it and in it.

It’s a very nice environment to be, I will definitely come again
Pros:

The venue was ok, the rooms were good and clean on the surface but behind the toilet seat was very very dirty with urine stains all over. I will stay again with disabled facilities but in the bathroom, especially an elevated toilet seat. Also the lifts should be working always for the comfort of disabled people.

Great staff, attentive and efficient and Michelle was brilliant!
Pros:

The staff that looked after us from arrival till we left to go out for the evening were first class. Serving 8 of us for an early dinner they were attentive and very efficient. Michelle was just the best ever, what a great attitude!

Cons:

The night porter or manager was quite abrupt bordering on rudeness but that didn’t spoil our stay

I was a relaxing stay
Pros:

The room was spacious, the massage session was nice and the food (breakfast) was nice as well.

Cons:

Not about the property but I needed the room decorated which was promised to be done but it wasn’t. It was a special occasion for me and my wife.
