The breakfast was ok
The bedroom was dated, wall paper falling off the walls, stains on the curtains and the carpets music playing was LOUD air conditioning didn’t work, the shower was awful one minute hot then one minute cold. really not good for 4 star won’t stay there again

Location was ok for the reason I was in Wolverhampton.
For a four-star hotel, the standard of accommodation and service was extremely disappointing.
The entrance was shabby and poorly maintained, giving a very poor first impression. Our room had not been properly vacuumed, and the telephone was not working. When we raised this with the night receptionist, they appeared completely uninterested in resolving the issue.
The shower drain was blocked with hair, which I had to pull out myself. This was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. the bathroom floor was dirty and the towels provided were not clean.
Room service was equally frustrating. We were told that we had to go downstairs to place our order because we had not prepaid for room service. However, nobody had informed us of this requirement or offered us the option to prepay at check-in.
To make matters worse, the mattress was uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
Overall, the experience fell well below what I would expect from a four-star hotel. The cleanliness, maintenance, customer service and general standards all need significant improvement. A hotel claiming four-star status should be doing considerably better than this.
Environment, parking space, and the organisation
The room, door was having some laps. The people are passing through the corridor the door look as if someone is at the door about to open the door.

The room wasn’t cleaned, there were pubic hair on the toilet seat used cotton buds, the tv wasnt working and the towels were dirty

Outside was better than inside. The whole place smelt very badly of wet/damp, no explanation given. Carpets needed updating

The rooms really smell damp and there is a lot of mould in bathroom.
