Wouldn’t book again.
Pros:

The hotel building is actually very aesthetically pleasing. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

There was mold on the walls and wallpaper peeling off. Holes in the mattress with the spring sticking out and chunk out of the bathroom door.

The TV could do with an upgrade as the picture quality was below average.

Breakfast was good and resturant staff was very good

Cons:

Front desk staff did not communicated with each other. Bathroom was not in good condition shower knob was broken and it was very difficult to use it . Bed sheets were very dirty and no one came to change even after requesting twice.

Comfortable and friendly but room for improvement.
Pros:

The grill restaurant was lovely. Good range of food and drink and friendly staff. Rooms were a good size and bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The fitness suite was run down, there were empty water cups around the pool side and in the changing room and no hand gel/shower gel in my cubicle. Entry to the ‘spa’ meant leaving the hotel and walking through the car park to a separate, quite run down building. No grounds to walk around except for the car park. Bedroom and bathroom windows weren’t able to be opened.

Lovely staff, lovely place, comfy bed, a little pricey but worth it especially if you’re using the spa

The property itself was gorgeous. Nice comfy beds, great amenities, lovely staff

Cons:

There was mold underneath the bin pedal, it wasn’t a massive dealbreaker for me at all, everything else was absolutely spotless, clean sheets, hoovered room, completely perfect, but I think a very different guest might make a fuss over it if they notice.
