EVA'S are NOT welcome here
Pros:

The location was great.

Cons:

I called ahead before booking to confirm ESA are accepted as i prefer Holiday Inn because they usually do not give me any issues with bronging them but I know all locations are different. Anyway i was told yes by a reservation apecialist I clarofed 3x thar they are ESA not Service Animals. The lady even put me on hold to confirm so I booked it. After a 4 hour drive with 6 children 4 who are autistic. Went to check in and was refused entry due to my ESA. For a hotel that doesn't accept emotion support dogs it sure smelled of urine in the lobby. So I was not too disappointed when they turned me away. However it took far too long for me to get my money back after I was refused entry. I found a nicer hotel for cheaper to accommodate me and was very pleased with me stay.

Was a nail on the bed and a hair the staff not friendly the was a woman the manager noting professional she thinks she's the owner need to be human and respect the other staff .

Pros:

The staff was very friendly. Jesse & Joann went above & beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Breakfast had a variety of items, my room with ocean view was nice & comfy.

Cons:

If I had to pick 1 think I didn't like, was the TV in my room wasn't working properly, so I had to change rooms for the night. The manager felt bad because it was my birthday, it was raining, & the TV didn't work. She was very apologetic, but made it worthwhile.

Not completely what was advertised.
Pros:

That the beach was across the street however had I known the hotel by the beach had a pool, then I would've opted for that one.

Cons:

No early check in, 20 minutes prior to 4pm, no late check out availability, the breakfast was not what was advertised, and they charged an extra 10.00 for parking. Therefore I won't ever stay here again; not worth the price.

Disappointing
Pros:

Did not eat there

Cons:

Having to pay for parking was not acceptable!!!!!!

Floors in our room were unstable & the bathroom tiles were cracked in multiple areas.

Pros:

Love the rooms...clean and comfortable. I loved the fact that there was only one entrance to the hotel. Jesse the front desk receptionist was attentive, helpful and kind. Already planning another trip.

Cons:

The parking lot was small and after a full day of touring the town and coming back and not finding parking was a bit frustrating since I did pay for parking.
