When we first arrived we was taking care of very well I do not know any of their names cuz none of the employees had on name tags so I can't tell you who was what. After making it to my room at 1:30 a.m. in the morning I unfolded the sofa sleeper for my daughter and it was horrendous had some black mold growing on it understandable being by the ocean and with the balcony door that would stay open all the time but it wasn't checked or cleaned didn't have blankets or sheets for the sofa sleeper for my daughter which I wasn't going to let her sleep on it anyway so I told her to get in bed with us. The next morning I went down to see what I could get done I'll talk to the lady first and she said y'all(Booking.com) would not let her do it that's when I messaged y'all then her manager (I assume) saw me asking her if she had ever checked the email that y'all had sent her which she hadn't she said why didn't you help them she said I've been trying but they're a third party, the lady says it doesn't matter take care of them get them with their need and she proceeded tell me at 3:00 the next day she would have us a room ready which she did it was not a balcony room it was not an ocean view room it did have two queen beds and a sofa sleeper I never checked the sofa sleeper on this one I was just glad that I got my daughter an extra bed the next day her attitude completely changed the following days ,elevators didn't work half the time had to climb stairs up and down you couldn't have a drink or anything by the pool. That's just a piece of it but I'm going to leave it rest there and I will not be going back there

It was okay for the price but I’d rather stay somewhere else next time.
Pros:

The location was great, very close to the beach.

Cons:

The hotel could use a bit more renovation, and the elevator did not work for half of our stay. It’s an independently owned hotel and I prefer a corporate one.

Very disappointed in how run down and filthy this hotel was.
Pros:

Conveniently located near beach

Cons:

Everything else. Room was horrifically dirty, no toilet paper, stains on the furniture and walls, metal was rusty and paint was peeling. Whole hotel smelled, laundry was being done in the conference room and I watched towels fall and get picked back up and folded, breakfast had limitations signs posted of "only one per person" for cold items despite the outrageous amount we paid.
