The staff gave us our privacy.. room was clean.

Cons:

When I usually stay at a motel staff comes and brings extra towels without asking.
The spa room was already cold.then they run a water hose in to refill the spa an made the water cold.

It was very GROSS and made me feel very unsafe for my family.
Cons:

The rooms had mold and stains all over the walls, the beds had lots of stains and hair all over them, including the pillows and blankets. The floors were very dirty and had bugs everywhere and all the lamps had broken shades. This place felt very unsafe and gross. I DO NOT recommend staying here AT ALL!!!! The only good thing was that the hotel did give us our money back.

Disappointing will not stay again
Pros:

The location is good but the room is not so clean. Floors r sticky with dirt build up. And there's a dead roach hanging from ceiling..beds r very soft. Felt like a watered.

Cons:

Cleaning could have been better and the free breakfast consisted of a granola bar and a leaking coffee pot

It was a roof over our heads for a 1 night stay, won't do again.
Pros:

The pool was a nice touch. It has a water slide.

Cons:

There were bugs in the hotel room, roaches in particular. I didnt even want to know if there were bed bugs so I did not check. Upon our first arrival we were given a room that smelled strong of cigarette smoke, the air conditioning was broken, and it felt moist and dirty. We got a new room, not much better, still smelled like smoke, but not nearly as much as the other so we took the room and settled in. We kept finding roaches in the room, German cockroaches. Those are the hardest to get rid of. To tell you the truth, it kind of smelled like mold as well. The staff were incredible though!! Such kind people!! I really enjoyed their customer service and presence and I think they should probably get a raise. They were the best part, besides the pool, about the hotel. We ended up sleeping in, so we didnt get to have breakfast with everyone, but it smelled nice when turning in our keys. The lobby was very clean. The elevator was out of service, making it inconvenient. I've stayed at this hotel before about 2 years ago, and it was much nicer then. I am not sure what all has happened in that two year span, but there is always room for improvement. I recommend a mold inspector come in, for the rooms to be thoroughly deep cleaned, for pest control to come in, and the AC units all checked and put back together nicely. Also to check any make sure all lamps are able to be plugged in. The towels were nice and soft and seemed new, and the bathtub and sink areas seemed nice and updated. This is my complete honest review.

Overall the stay was pleasant and comfortable.
Pros:

The location was good, rooms spacious and comfortable enough. Everything in the room worked.

Cons:

The parking is very tight, there were only one towel and washcloth in our double room, and no blanket on the beds in one room, only sheets. And the breakfast was coffee and packaged snack bars.

This hotel is nasty and the customer service is horrible

Nothing the hotel was awful

Cons:

There was holes in the roof crap on the walls and needles next to our hotel room door. Tried to cancel our stay the same day because it was disgusting and it’s impossible to get anyone on the phone and the only people at front desk is a crack head and a boy who doesn’t know jack. Ended up leaving this hotel and going across the street and tried to reach out to the owner to see about getting a refund but I couldn’t get in contact with them and neither could booking.com. I will never stay here again and I will advise anyone coming to Tennessee to stay far away from that hotel
