Hyatt Regency Dongguan

I was truly impressed by this property. Walk paths in an area with lots of nature and a huge beautiful lake. I got upgraded to a Lake View room in a top floor. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Quick check in and check out. Luxury hotel.

The room was spacious, luxurious, and comfortable.
The breakfast was also luxurious and delicious.

The hotel is clean and tidy. Staffs at front desk are very friendly. Overall, it's a very nice hotel.

一家人入住欣賞湖景在湖邊踏單車，樂而忘返，酒店環境設施一流，惟獨我們住在13樓房間的每個角落，Wi-Fi九成時間連接不到，詢問職員也沒法解決，這個原因可能會令我卻步，下次再入住

The food quality and variety was not comparable to it was before the pandemic

I often stay at this hotel. There are tennis courts in the hotel. we usually enjoy tennis at there.

the hotel is huge and in a nice location. great for long walks etc. not all hotel facilities are well maintained especially outside and you can see that it's old for China.

The gym, pool and spa are is the super good! Good hotel if you just want to do stuff like that, there's not much else

Expansive hotel on Songshan Lake. Rooms very spacious and comfortable. Plenty of food options including a large multi-station buffet restaurant. Fork out for the lake view rooms - I think most have a bath on the private balcony. A conference hotel during the weekend but a very busy vacation hotel on weekends. Good value and decent property.

I found bugs/droppings on a few occasions granted, they probably snuck in through cracks in the door and were plentiful in the rainy season.

My shower heavily leaked water all over the bathroom floor.

The bathtub on the balcony combined with king sized bed and regular room service is in total, an awesome value, sure, there are blemishes in quality in some spots but for the most part, for the money, this was a wonderful room to stay in.

The laichee trees inside the property is very nice.

Great property beautiful, but rooms are older. Food is very good a lot of tourist stay here.

Nice modern hotel. Good service for a hotel in China, where service from local employees can be underwhelming. Check in could have been better. The lady who checked me in didn't bother to make eye contact and didn't bother to let me know where the elevators were located or what time breakfast would be served - something that's regular at 5 star establishments.

The room was clean and modern. Wifi was good, and the breakfast spread was adequate.

On of the best hotels that I have stayed at in China. Stayed many times. Beautiful area, great restaurants and more. Excellent breakfast. Excellent service.
