Great location and value
Pros:

Great location right near Chinatown. Comfortable beds and decent sized bathroom.

Pros:

Walking distance to Minato Mirai.

The room could be cleaner, there were stains on the chairs and the closet smelled odd.

Pros:

Location is close to the water, red brick warehouse, world porters, cup museum and Chinatown. Room size was a little larger than standard in Japan. Own bathroom with a small bath.

It was a great stay. Will stay again .
Pros:

The hotel was cleaned and the staffs was nice. It is close to Yokohama port, we were getting on a cruise ship . Mins away from Chinatown, World porter, and many other attractions. Close to train station as well.

Cons:

It didn’t have a laundromat. We have to walk about 10 mins to do laundry.

周辺の観光をめちゃめちゃ楽しめました。
Pros:

全体的に明るい部屋でとても気持ちよかったです。観光したかったので2泊目に関内駅逆側からホテルを変えた甲斐があり、周辺を満喫できました。

Cons:

同じ系列のホテルではミネラルウォータのペットボトルが置いてあったと思ったのでこちらもあると勝手に思い込んでいました。無かったので買いに行ったのがめんどくさかったです。

There was more cons than pros but I still enjoyed my experience.
Pros:

The staff was very nice and helpful. Which is a standard for Japan, in my experience. Even with the language barrier, the staff did their best to communicate and I really appreciated that. I also had plenty of space in my room compared to where I stayed last, which is what I needed considering all the souvenirs I had purchased.

Cons:

The pillows were very thin. I was told after that it's normal in Japan but my stay before this one had softer and fluffier pillows. So my sleep wasn't the best. Also the temperature control of the water isn't the best. It's very hard to get it to a good temperature. It's either extremely hot or extremely cold. The pipes also get very hot and I burned myself the first day.
