良い思い出ができたのでよかった。
Pros:

中華街と山下公園に歩いて行けて、とても便利だった。近くにお店もたくさんあり、でも静かな感じでとても良かった。また泊まりたいと思った。

Cons:

受付の女性が、つっけんどんな感じがして質問しにくかった。他のスタッフや廊下で会った掃除の方などはきちんとしていたので何だか残念だった。

Pros:

一緒に宿泊した友人に代わって回答しますが三ツ星ホテルとしては最高の宿泊体験でした。アクセスも非常に便利で日本大通り駅から徒歩2～3分、中華街や山下公園、大さん橋、横浜スタジアムなどへのアクセスも便利、ちょっとした買い物にイートインありのローソンもあり立地としても申し分ない。

三ツ星ホテルでの宿泊体験としては最高だった。
Pros:

夏休みシーズンにもかかわらず非常にリーズナブルな値段で宿泊できた点。またシングルルームからより広いダブルルームへ変更してくれたため狭さを感じずに快適に宿泊することができた。ホテルのホスピタリティも申し分ない。
今回は朝食を利用しませんでした。朝食で提供される100%ビーフパティの肉厚ハンバーガーや横濱ニラ饅頭バーガーを体験しておけばよかったと後悔しています。現在はランチ、ディナーは休業中ですが以前この近辺に勤務していた際、ランチでよく利用していたのでレストランの味は保証できます。

特にありません。三ツ星ホテルでの宿泊体験としては最高でした。

Pros:

予約のタイミングが良かったのでリーズナブルな料金でした。

Cons:

8月ですが部屋のエアコンが暖房の26℃になってました。
とても見にくいパネルなのでスタッフさんが間違えたのかもしれません。
