Small and no room to move
Pros:

There wasn't a great deal to like, other than the convenience of being able to store our luggage there in the morning, and retrieve it at lunch time

Cons:

Poorly designed room with a hallway, a bathroom squeezed in between the hall and the bed, and very little room to put bags, or even move around the bed.

Comfortable and convenient
Pros:

Proximity to the cruise port. Comfortable for one night. Good buffet breakfast.

Perfect place to stay before a cruise
Pros:

We chose the hotel for the location, as it is only a few blocks from Nihon-Odori Station or Chinatown, and a mere ten minute walk from the cruise terminal. Perfect for us! We arrived before check-in time, but our room was ready and the very helpful staff let us check in early at no charge. We noticed too late that they offered free evening drinks and snacks for guests, so we unfortunately didn't take advantage of that, but we wished we had!

Cons:

Like most Japanese hotel rooms, this one was small. They provided nice amenities like a desk, but it was so close to the bed I couldn't really sit at it. The room also had another chair with a small round table, so it all worked out fine, and we appreciated their ingenuity in fitting what they could into the room.

Convenient location and reasonably priced!
Pros:

We selected this property because of how close it is to the Osanbashi Pier. It made taking the limo bus from Haneda airport easy, about 1/4 mile walk.

Cons:

We are not use to how small the rooms were but we expected it to be small.

Good location, clean hotel and excellent staffs.
Pros:

Hotel is clean and staff are excellent. Special thanks to one front office staff Ms Kogawa who is very helpful and cheerful. Location is good and breakfast is very nice esp the mini beef burger.

Cons:

The initial set of pillow were very thin and I need to request for additional pillow. The staff duly gave extra pillow that are of regular size.

Good value for such a well located hotel near the cruise pier and train station
Pros:

Has a very nice day lounge with free coffee and is also very close to best station if doing a cruise from Osonbashi Wharf. Staff have limited English but are very helpful. Large day lounge also used for included breakfast which was on the whole pretty good with a mix of Japanese and European food.

Cons:

Bed pillows were awful and the bedside light only useful for one person.
