Maravilhosa experiência
Pros:

Fomos em família com uma criança de 4 anos e um bebé de 10 meses. Ficamos nos apartamentos e os funcionários do hotel atenderam sempre aos nossos pedidos.
O hotel está muito bem localizado, próximo da praia e com um autocarro gratuito de 30 em 30 minutos que nos leva à praia de Son Bou.
O pequeno almoço é maravilhoso.
Mas aquilo que mais gostamos foi sem dúvida da equipa. A atenção e carinho que têm com as crianças. A Vittoria e o Matteo são maravilhosos. Toda a equipa é.
Chegamos muito antes do horário do check in e o nosso apartamento já estava pronto. E no último dia saímos muito antes do pequeno almoço e prepararam-nos um take away.

El desayuno estaba súper completo y las zonas comunes muy cuidadas y bonitas. El personal genial y la limpieza mu buena. Posibilidad de parking, guagua disponible para ir a la playa. Genial

Las habitaciones son bastante antiguas, la nuestra, situada encima del restaurante, daba olor a comida y eso que apagamos el aire. Por favor, si recomendé al hotel que con esa calidad de desayuno que ofrecen, cuando hacen el picnic para llevar si no tienes tiempo de desayunar, se lo curren un poco más, un bocadillo, sándwich, frutos secos, yogurt… no se puede poner dos magdalenas, un jugo, mermelada y mantenquilla… lo único saludable era la pieza de fruta. Espero que lo mejoren porque la calidad del hotel lo merece

We stayed 4 nights and what a superb hotel this is! The staff greet you with politeness and respect & a special mention to Vanessa our housekeeper & Ana who served on the pool bar & indoor lounge, she kept us well topped up in cocktails! We had an apartment which although out dated was comfy and had everything needed. The quality of food and drinks at the pool bar, restaurant and the lounge were second to none, absolutely perfect for us. Although the weather wasn’t in our favour this week we had an amazing break at this spotless hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future. Thankyou Son Bou Valentin
