ארוחת בוקר סבירה אבל לא מילאו את החוסרים בזמן. מעבר לזה, הקפה לא היה טוב..
ביקשנו מיטה זוגית ולצערנו לא קיבלנו
כלום!!!!! היינו בראש השנה במלון שילמתי על חדר עם נוף לעיר וביקשתי במיוחד קומה נמוכה כי אני שומרת שבת וחג ונתנו לי קומה 6 לאחר לחצים קיבלתי קומה 2 עם נוף לכלום בניין שומם עם עבודות שיפוץ שעבדו ביום ובלילה לא ישנו בלילה וביום כשפתחתי את הוילון עמדו פועלים על הפיגומים וצפו עליי, אז סגרתי את הוילונות, ממש כמו חיים בכלא, בנוסף לפסטיבל שהיה שם והייתה מוסיקה כל הזמן. ביקשתי שבשבת ובחג לא יגעו במזגן ובתאורה, כל פעם שחזרנו לחדר הייתה טמפרטורה שונה פעם חם פעם קר ולילה אחד סגרו את המזגן לגמרי, בחג נכנסתי למקלחת והמים היו קפואים, התלבשתי וירדתי לקבלה והם אמרו סליחה ישנה תקלה, גם המנעול של החדר לא היה תקין והחדר לא נפתח משמע כל פעם לעלות ולרדת לקבלה במדרגות שתי קומות בשביל שמישהו יפתח לנו את הדלת, כל הזמן סליחה סליחה אנחנו מבינים אותך, אבל מה זה עוזר לי הסליחה שלהם והם ממש ראו כמה סבלנו ואפילו לא הציעו פיצוי!
ממש היה הסיוט של חיי, מעולם לא סבלתי כל כך בבית מלון
הכל!!!! לא למדו מהו שירות לקוחות, לא סבלנים לא שירותיים והמנהל אף פעם לא נמצא באזור.
היה הרבה רעש של בנייה מסביב כבר ב6 בבוקר מתחילים לקדוח
המון רעש.

I am so pleased I chose this hotel!
The location is perfect—situated within 1–2 km of all the interesting sites in Budapest. The city's best restaurants and cafes are right in the immediate vicinity.
Although the hotel is located on one of the main streets, it is set back within a courtyard, so there is no street noise. Soundproofing inside the hotel is excellent. The air conditioning works perfectly (a sensitive issue for me, given the poor AC I’ve encountered at other hotels). The shower is in excellent condition.
The breakfast was the most delicious and extensive I’ve seen for a hotel of this category. I have absolutely no complaints.
Finally, the staff is incredibly welcoming, polite, and service-oriented, with a genuine desire to help.
