The location was excellent. Easy walking distance to all the central places. Staff in reception were excellent. Breakfast was very good, great choice of food.
The shabbiness of some parts of the hotel, especially corridors and lift. The fact that cleaners were in the rooms before we left in the morning and doors to rooms were left open. when cleaners were in bathroom cleaning. Cleaning was not of the standard expected and received at other Leonardo hotels.

Location is great, short walking distance from the central transportation hub Deak Ferenc Ter. Easy commute from / to airport using the 100E bus. Delicious breakfast, including fresh vegetables. Useful small fridge and large safe that fits a laptop.
