Excellent location for skiers, we loved it!
Some of the staff at restaurant a bit cold with families.
For the price i expected a bit higher standard at the pool and staff.

Ski out/in location, well designed facility. Spa area and pool was lovely. Wonderful breakfast, beautiful bar area and handy ski room. But above all, the entire staff went out of their way to make our five day stay memorable.
Can't think of a single negative comment.

We travel very frequently. We always try to stay in very good and highly rated hotels, but here we were extremely pleasantly surprised by absolutely everything. The location is absolutely perfect, a beautiful view, direct access to the ski slope, a well-stocked store nearby and a couple of very pleasant restaurants right next to the hotel. The room was beautiful, very spacious, the cleaning was excellent. The breakfast was great, enough choice and all very high quality and delicious in a wonderful setting, which made us go out on the ski slopes later. Finally, the highest praise goes to the staff who, from the first day, at every step, gave everything to make our stay unforgettable. We'll be back next year for sure - I couldn't miss it.
