Decepcionant
Pros:

Només m'ha agradat el llit de dormir molt còmode

Cons:

Ha sigut decepcionant, les fotos que tenen enganyen molt, està molt abandonat i li falta una reforma es veu molt vell.
El lavabo estava brut i la dutxa estava embosada. L'esmorzar justet, no hi havia massa varietat per ser un buffet

Aucune possibilité d'acheter une bouteille d'eau quand l'accueil est fermée.
La clim bruyante.
Le personnel qui discute entre eux au petit déjeuner plutôt que de s'occuper des clients...
La propreté dans la salle de bain.

Halte pratique pour quelques jours à Aix les Bains.
Pros:

Personnel cordial. Parking facile devant chaque chambre. À 5 mn du centre ville en voiture.climatisation efficace et silencieuse.
Petit déjeuner copieux et de bonne qualité

Cons:

Restau du soir uniquement en semaine et qualité très moyenne
Peu de chambres avec douche...ce qui rend l accès compliqué aux personnes à mobilité réduite
Surcout excessif pour une arrivée plus tôt que 17h....

Le confort.

Cons:

Manque de fenêtre.
Séjour de deux jours, les serviettes sont chargées, mais le lit n'est pas fait, pas de nouveau gobelet, pas de nouvelle capsule de café pour un supplément "confort" de 18.5€ par personne.
Je ne recommande pas!!!!
