Tudo, o hotel é excelente, as instalações são fantásticas e a localização é praticamente dentro da cidade, bem diferente dos demais hotéis de vinícola que havia frequentado. A equipe é muito atenciosa, inclusive indicaram locais que eles costumam frequentar a nosso pedido, e foram recomendações fantásticas.

Pros:

La struttura è di per sé già un'opera d'arte che merita almeno di essere vista. Le camere sono veramente spaziose e curate anche se la maggior parte giacciano non nell'edificio principale di Gehry ma una costruzione collegata.
Ottima la colazione, veramente di un livello alto. Personale gentile, specie i valet e quello di servizio.
Bella la spa e la piscina.
Bottiglia di vino omaggio in camera ed interessante tour dell'omonima cantina molto interessante.

Considerando in generale il costo pagato forse ci saremmo aspettati qualcosa di più in termini di attenzioni; la nostra camera era definita "fronte vigne" ma di fatto questa consisteva in un modesto appezzamento di poche decine di metri fronte spa. Considerato il costo...

Een fantastisch verblijf in een fantastisch hotel
Pros:

Een fantastisch hotel, maar ja, dat mag ook wel voor deze prijs. Alles klopte: het prettig vriendelijke personeel, de prachtige kamer onder een van de Gehry-schermen, het mooie uitzicht over de wijnvelden, het heerlijke zwembad, de sauna, het eten, het ontbijt, de lekkere fles wijn op de kamer en het heerlijk grote bed. Noblesse oblige, en het hotel maakt het absoluut waar. We voelden ons enorm verwend.

Good but not what I would expect from a luxury and expensive hotel

Lovely building from the architectural point of view. In a picturesque location among vineyards. Beautiful and very comfortable rooms

Cons:

We stayed only for one night, but unfortunately we missed the wine tour as we had no information from before. It was set from the hotel at 3:30pm on our arrival day and we had no other option to change it. So we couldn’t do it as we had made already other plans.
Also the communal areas were dirty with spiders on some areas. I understand that as it stands in the middle of the vineyards you expect spiders etc but for a hotel like this I would also expect continual cleaning.
Also we booked for a dinner, the food was excellent but the veranda where we were served had no ventilation/ air exchangers so as people including us were cooking the meat on the tables, all odours/smoke was remaining inside
