Looks better in pictures than in real life, limited facilities. Half of the rooms are in basement with limited light

Super leuk boutique hotel in het oude stadscentrum met een top ligging. Helaas is het zwembad te klein en moet je een tijdsslot reserveren wanneer je daar gebruik van wilt maken. Ondanks dat de rest goed was zou dit voor ons wel een reden zijn om het niet opnieuw te boeken.

Cons:

I contacted the property before arriving about using the pool, they said the pool was closed. However, other guests were using it when we were there. Disappointed we didn't get the right information on this.

Fake of four star hotel
Pros:

Location is the only thing that could justify the huge price.
Breakfast basic but acceptable.
We stayed in other three different places in Palma old town and I can really compare. This one is a fake of four stars and almost 400 euro per nights. But it is stupid the one that pays not the one that asks.

Cons:

Disappointing small room with a very small bathroom with no space for luggage and elementary stuffs. No modern plugs in the room, only obsolete ones, no shampoo , conditioner , body lotion, nothing in the minibar than water with clor smell.
I could not imagine to get towels with holes in a four stars hotel and it is not the maid fault for sure!
No view, very noisy late in the evening not because of the street but because of the hotel premisses used like open bar.
I was so sorry for this choice.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt und wir konnten Palma sehr genießen! Der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge.
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Boutique Hotel mitten in Palma!
Sehr gepflegt und sauber , toller Service!
Das Personal sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit!
Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig und lecker !
Alles genauso wie beschrieben, auch der Rooftop Pool ein Highlight!

Tolle Lage, Zimmer in Ordnung und Preis Leistung unzureichend.

Gute Lage direkt in der Altstadt. Idyllischer Innenhof.

Cons:

Das erste Zimmer, was wir hatten, war die Nr 6, das direkt an der Lüftungsanlage war, die einen Lärm machte als würde eine Turbine nebenan losgehen. Man stand senkrecht im Bett, wenn das in der Nacht alle halbe Stunde losging. An ein offenes Fenster war gar nicht zu denken. Nach einem Gespräch an der Rezeption haben wir direkt ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Dennoch zahlt man hier die Lage und nicht die Ausstattung des Hotels.
