A recepcionista loira com tatuagem, acho q Dania, foi a pessoa mais mal educada com quem já tive que tratar. Fui para esse hotel para passar a noite do meu aniversário, tinha reservado um quarto ótimo, espaçoso, banheiro grande. Dormi uma noite nele e fui acordada antes das 8 da manhã com barulhos de construção, furadeira e tudo mais. Falaram que teria que sair do quarto no outro dia às 12 depois de uma manhã inteira de barulho. Me ofereceram outros e todos pela metade do tamanho. Tive que aceitar. Assim a porta do banheiro do outro quarto não fechava. No outro dia tiveram que nos trocar novamente de quarto pois precisaram trocar essa porta. No terceiro quarto quando fui tomar banho tinha restos de cabelo de homem no chão. Sendo que éramos duas mulheres. O café da manhã também fraco e dependendo da hora que você chega não tem ninguém para ajudar com q mala e não tem elevador e a garagem para deixar o carro é praticamente impossível de tão apertada.

Top ligging, mooi rustig hotel, vriendelijke personeel en ruime kamer
Pros:

De ligging, de kamer was ook heel ruim, goede airco, personeel was vriendelijk, zwembad was aangenaam (wel op voorhand reserveren voor een uur)

Cons:

We hadden veel lawaai in de straat naast onze kamer, wat niet zo een goede nachtrust opleverde. De bar in het hotel sluit al om 16u, wat jammer is als je ‘s avonds nog een rustig een drankje zou willen doen. De housekeeping kwam gewoon kamer binnen zonder te kloppen. Er is een kabel nodig om de box, die ze heel erg aanprijzen online, te connecteren daar ben je uiteraard niet op voorzien en konden ze ons ook niet aanbieden, wat wel jammer is.
