Pros:

Great location, nice communal areas.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn’t very nice, nor were the bravas I ordered in the restaurant. The bathroom in my room smelled of drains and when I took a shower, the floor flooded. Mini bar was empty so quite pointless having a cocktail shaker in the room. I didn’t like the fact that there was no cover on the duvet, only sheets. This felt like quite a standard hotel, rather than a 4* boutique hotel.

Centralt och bra hotell i fantastiska Palma.
Pros:

Läget var mycket central, med närhet till buss o tåg. Men även nära till det mesta centralt i Palma.
Restauranger nära, eller bara korta promenader ifrån hotellet.
Frukosten var bra, mysig innergård.
Sköna sängar.

Cons:

Det fanns ingen stol på rummet, men en liten pall/sidobord!
Det hade absolut fått plats med en stol, för rummet var rymligt. Saknade några krokar att hänga upp ytterkläder, vill inte hänga in allt i garderoben.

Exceptional experience staying in the heart of Palma's Old Town
Pros:

The staff were absolutely delightful from the moment of checking in, at which point I was greeted with a glass of prosecco. The room was even better than it seemed on the advert: clean, tidy, and tastefully decorated with lot of thoughtful little quirks, like the Marshall amp bluetooth speaker. I wanted to hire a car, and was assisted in doing so by the staff at front reception who organised the whole thing on my behalf, allowing me to zip around the island for a day and get back to Palma for the evening. There was live music in the restaurant on the Tuesday evening, which I was informed about directly by a note under my room door. What a great night it was, too! The best thing about MHouse Boutique, though, is the location. Right in the heart of Palma's Old Town, this really is the ideal spot for a city break. I'll definitely stay here again. Absolutely exemplary service all round - this beats Airbnb any day of the week.

Cons:

Absolutely no complaints. I liked everything about my stay at MHouse Boutique.

The first room we stayed - nr.009 - in the basement, very little light, and noise of a compressor unit during all the night !!!
Nest day we asked to change room and the staff, very nice, allowed us to choose among some rooms
Terrible music noise and lots of people at the time we arrived (on a thursday, at 9.30pm, the 11th september 2025)

Can’t fault the stay at all. Great location great hotel.
Pros:

The first noticeable thing was how friendly the staff were. We requested an early check in and arrived 2 hours earlier than that due to flight changes and they readied a room for us immediately, keeping us lubricated and stress free with champagne at reception.

There was one lady handling the restaurant for the majority of our trip (Wednesday-Sunday) and her service was fantastic.

The rooms were spacious and clean with a good powerful shower, and the cleaning team got the rooms restored very quickly and non invasive, sometimes they’re in there all day. Cheap pints and good quality coffees, and the restaurant food is of a high quality. I’d recommend the lamb chops, spider crab salad and the broken eggs.

Cons:

The pool is a little bit smaller than it looks. However that’s not to say we didn’t like it, because we did. They operate on a 1 hour booking system which ensures it doesn’t get overcrowded and you can take your drinks up there too.

Pros:

The cutest boutique hotel. Staff was wonderful and super accommodating. The room was huge and stylish. And the restaurant affiliated with the hotel was wonderful and so much fun.

Cons:

The parking situation is tough if you have anything larger than a compact car and that should be more clear upon booking!
