Our hotel has a plunge pool, "Sa Petita", open only in high season. To guarantee the privacy and exclusivity of our guests, it must be booked in advance, we do not accept reservations prior to arrival at the hotel, you can tell us your preferred days and times when you check in! To ensure that all our guests can enjoy our swimming pool, the maximum time per room per day is one hour. However, this period may be extended depending on availability.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

We loved the close proximity to the centre and shops whilst being quiet. The sound proofing of the rooms was excellent. Breakfast was a good selection. Staff very helpful and friendly.
The roof terrace was on the small side with space for four sun beds. It was lovely to come back to having been outside most of the day. It was quiet and sunny and we used it once. Only downside which we didn’t realise in advance is that we had to prebook our slot to use it with up to a max of an hour usage. Understandable for the size but would have preferred a larger space so you could choose to use when you felt like it.
Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt von Palma ist genial, wie eine kleine Oase mitten im Touristenschwarm. Auf kleinem Platz ist alles vorhanden, sogar ein kleiner Sonnenplatz mit Badegelegenheit.
Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit.
Ich würde das Hotel wieder wählen.
Leider gab es beim Frühstück nur weisses Brot und der Kaffee schmeckte nicht.
Auch die Tapas schmecken an anderen Orten besser.

The location is unbeatable, right in the center and with everything at walking distance. Perfect for the airport as but a1 stops and leaves literally 5 min away from the hotel.
Water fountain is also a bonus
The room was dark and noisy and despite asking several times to give us two separate beds they could not accomodate my request. Toiletries are very basic. For the price I would have expected something more or a at least better quality

Die perfekte Lage für Städtebummler, Sightseeing , Gourmets etc. Zentral aber ruhig mitten in der Altstadt . Schöne Zimmer mit gutem Service. Sehr sauber und freundliches Personal
Alles perfekt , bis auf das Frühstück. Das hat noch viel Luft nach oben. Angefangen beim Geschirr, das ziemlich angeschlagen war. Die Auswahl an Käse, Aufschnitt und Obst war sehr übersichtlich . Die Pflanzen im Innenhof sind sehr vernachlässigt . Die Terrasse könnte mit wenig Aufwand gemütlicher sein.
