Die Lage war sehr gut

Das Zimmer war recht abgenutzt und der Balkon wurde offensichtlich seit einiger Zeit nicht mehr gereinigt.

freundliche Mitarbeiter, aber das war auch leider das Beste an meinem Aufenthalt in dem Hotel
Pros:

Stadtnah, großes Zimmer, nette Zimmerbeleuchtung, genügend Steckdosen, Badezimmer neu, Tiefgarage zum Parken, Frühstück ok, Edeka direkt am Hotel, Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter am Empfang und beim Frühstück

Cons:

nach dem Duschen ist der Boden geflutet, Balkon total verdreckt mit einer brütenden Taube in einer Ecke, parken ist gewöhnungsbedürftig Plätze zu eng, Bodenfläche im Zimmer ist an manchen Stellen aufgequollen, Balkontür ist nur komplett zu öffnen und kein Fenster konnte auf Kipp gestellt werden, Straßenbahn direkt vor dem Hotel ist auch bis spät nachts bzw. früh am morgen selbst bei den Zimmern nach hinten heraus zu hören....und das 4 Nächte lang. Pfandflaschen sind unerlaubter Weise aus dem Zimmer genommen worden. Daher gab es auch kein Trinkgeld beim Verlassen des Zimmers, was ich sonst üblicherweise immer im Zimmer hinterlasse.

Cons:

Der Teppichboden im Zimmer war stark mit Flecken überzogen. Die Duschkabine war sehr klein, und das Wasser war immer außerhalb der Kabine. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr dunkel, nicht gerade für Frauen geeignet. Die Lounge ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück war für uns das schlechteste von allen unseren Hotel besuchen. Kurz, weiterempfehlen würde ich dieses Hotel nicht. Da gibt es in Karlsruhe zu diesem Preis besseres.

Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer gebucht, als drittes Bett hat eine umgebaute Couch gedient aber die war zum Schlafen nicht geeignet, ein großer Spalt zwischen Kopf- und untere Liegefläche- dafür dann so viel Geld (140 Euro) für eine Nacht, ein echter Witz. Spiegel im Zimmer gebrochen, Geruch im Zimmer war nicht angenehm, sehr kleines Badezimmer, Geräusche von Außen und vom Flur her waren sehr laut und deutlich zu hören. Betten waren naja..... wir waren auf jeden Fall sehr unzufrieden und werden nie wieder dort übernachten!!! Sehr enttäuschend.
