Quality Inn & Suites near Six Flags East

This place needs to have realistic pictures. This location caters to Truckers.Pulling up after midnight, I didn't feel safe but I was welcomed. The room and building were hot. The hot breakfast had no meat and oj didn't work, but my son enjoyed the pancakes. The place was semi clean, but dusty and had hard water stains. I don't plan to stay there again.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so awful I feel obligated to warn others. The room was filthy when I checked in—stains on the sheets, hair in the bathroom, and a musty smell that never went away. The air conditioning didn’t work.

To top it off, the breakfast was stale bread and watery coffee.

For the price, I expected at least basic cleanliness and courtesy, but this place failed on every level. Do yourself a favor and book literally anywhere else.

Let me start with the good. First I will say the staff was wonderful. I will also say that if you’re a guy on a business trip flopping for one night the value is good. And the water pressure was great. Now the not so good. It seems to sit right at the edge off the safe side of town. They do have cameras all around so thats a bit of a plus. Id recommend arriving while it is still light out. Now the bad. It looks like it was last updated in 1989. I wouldn’t say it was excessively dirty but certainly not the cleanest. But everything looks dirty because everything is old and wore out. The only thing that looked decent was the carpet in my room. The carpet in the hall was another story. Large patches of bleach stains all over the carpets. And they are so old and faded, you could barely make out the pattern on the carpet. Overall I would give it 2 out of 5 stars. I would not take my kids or family there.

They were shooting a movie and parking was scarce. The lobby was crowded with movie stuff often.

The rooms were very musty. I had to move from the first room because of that. The second room was somewhat better, but tolerable.

The breakfast was only available on weekends.
The desk clerk was very nice and helpful. The property was very convenient to access from the main road.

My room electrial socks didnt work! Only the socket on the lamp on the table! Room was nasty

It was the worst experience I’ve had with a hotel. It was my weekend with my daughter so I booked us a room in the city so we could do some fun things together. We didn’t even stay for a night. I was very uncomfortable and concerned about our safety. There were some doors that had holes drilled where the locks were supposed to be and some didn’t. I was curious about that so I asked the guy at the desk and he couldn’t really explain why. Then once we got in the room there was a connecting door to the next room that didn’t lock. I also asked him about that and he said the only way someone from the other room could get into ours is if we had our door open also and that “ never “ happens. What?????? After that we just got our belongings and left the room

Pool is down, no breakfast, very outdated. I cannot believe that this place is getting decent reviews.

To start, the hotel is an old 3-story building. The front of the hotel is trailer/truck parking location. The surrounding area of the hotel is more like industrial.

The front entrance of the hotel is not presentable at all, but the surrounding areas seem safe. I noticed no pimps, prostitute, nor drug dealers hanging around in plain view.

The staffs were courteous and professional.

In the hotel, first floor across the reception desk is an ATM machine then about 15 feet is a Snack shop with frozen dinner, chips, noodles etc.

On each floor is an Ice machine, a Microwave for the guests (no microwave in the room), a coin washing machine and dryer (a Laundry room).

In my room, the carpet seemed clean and decent. There were Iron and iron board, a safe, a medium size fridge, a desk table with desk chair, a small closet to store your clothes and belongings, a 32 inch Fire tv with remote. No cable nor local TV stations were available. The tv does give you option to access your Netflix and Prime account. Moreover, there was a small coffee machine. The hotel did provide toiletries. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were firm.

Breakfast was available upon request, which was hand-delivered in a small brown paper bag. It is consists of an apple, 2 small tangerine, a very small muffin, a couple small bags of baked cookie snacks.

Upon entering the hotel and your room, you will experience a strong citrus smell. To get rid of the smell, just run the AC for at least 10 minutes.

We never stayed because the place was unsafe and unclean. Nothing like the description on Hotels.com.

The rooms were not good. The floors didn’t feel clean. One shower still had hair in it. The lock inside of one door was dirty with an unknown substance. One refrigerator did not work. The sinks had a tendency to clog up. The only things that worked properly were the lights, the AC, and the TV. Also the complementary breakfast we were promised had a time limit that no one told us about.

Roaches, broken/damaged furniture, stains on the walls and doors, staff weren’t very friendly at all.

It was good location easy access to the
highway. Breakfast was not great but was able to make a waffle.

Tv only had 5 channels. Random people walking up to the car at night. Dead bugs behind the tv. BUT Beds, restroom, and mini fridge was clean.

Dirty room. Cigarette burns in mattress cover in a non smoking room. Dirty pillowcases. Dirty bathtub

Room window curtains are very transparent, easy viewable from outside by others, no privacy and too much sun light thru the curtain.

Property was spacious and clean looking

The hotel was not as expected. I seen a cockroach and all.

I did not stay at this hotel because it was dirty and had a bad smell. They promised a refund but I have not received it yet!
