They was closed

The room spelled so bad and it was so warm in there and were the beds were located there was no way it would cool down enough to sleep. But I would not put my family in that situation we left the hotel because it was gross. They wouldn’t give us a refund I had my wife and my 11 & 7 year old daughter there and no way I wanted them to stay in that room. There were other guess hanging all over the porches smoking weed. The pictures on the internet were no were close to being there in person. Could you guess please get us a refund please I would greatly appreciate it.

Being put out of the room

I think things cool be updated, and unkept better.

The carpets were sticky and very dirty. The dressers had burnt cigarette or joints burns and we requested non smoking rooms. Beds were super hard. Music blaring in the parking lot. We talked to the person after trying for 30 minutes to say we would be around at 1130pm. We knocked and kept calling for over 5 to 10 minutes or more til someone came to let us in. We had to 2 rooms. Parking was tight. We had to get 2 rooms because we had two vehicles. But noticed people hanging out there in there vehicles blaring music and partying with no car tags. . So i did not appreciate this being it cost me $193 more. I honestly would've have like to have a discount but I know that won't happen. People were knocking on doors throughout the night. So NO i will not be back here.

The staff tried to hustle me not once, but twice whenever we got there. I booked online through booking.com 2-3 months prior to our visit, meaning prices probably changed some. But they tried to make me pay and additional $200 per night solely because the prices didn't line up any more. When i didn't agree to that price and said i would meet them in the middle of an additional $100 (even though thats still not what i paid for), they still were getting flustered over the price change. They then started spewing off numbers and told me my new total,which was still off by over $100 of the new price. I went to correct them and they tried to laugh it off. Rooms were not that bad, but towels were stained, bathtub still looked dirty, and only of the blankets looked stained. Then, later in our visit, as we started packing up to leave.... there was 3 different cockroaches outside our door and in the parking lot.

The parking lot is not spaced properly for parking cars to allow access to load or unload them to get things to your room. The room had one air conditioner in the living room and no air conditioning in back bedroom which made it very hard to sleep even with the door open in which I booked the hotel for private bedroom but it was not private due to having to keep the door open for air. The couch pull out bed was wore completely out and had springs throughout it. There were 4 pillows all completely flat well used with stains. Tube had never been cleaned and latex paint had peeled off in the bottom. Sink bowl in the bathroom was cracked in several places. There was dirt, dust everywhere on hair dryer, trim, behind toilet and lighting fixtures and on all other surfaces. Shower curtain had stains and black mold on the bottom. Cable tv had to stand up to change channel. Had a mini fridge and microwave but no coffee pot or lid for ice bin. The smell was horrible as if someone had been smoking in the room previously. Trim on the floor was slightly taped but had been ripped and trim was sticking up. Table was broken as soon as you come into the door furniture was cut and stained. Noise level was not terrible for location but the traffic could still be heard in the room. Checking in was good no issues except the room I was put in was not ready then I got switched to another. Checking out they tried to charge me more money for parking when I told them I had everything out of the room but want to walk around the corner to a shop and then come back and get into my car and leave mind you this was at 10am and I had check out at 11am they then responded that it would be ok and they where sorry they did not realize the time .

The TV in the living room died

The parking lot was very small and made finding a spot difficult. The hotel was extremely loud well into the night—people were still partying at 3 a.m., and nothing was done to address the noise. This might be a good place if you’re a teenager here for grad week, but it’s definitely not ideal for a family stay. Also, the room only had one AC unit, so the bedroom got uncomfortably hot.
