That I couldn’t stay longer

I arrived at the property prior to 9:30 but they've already left. I attempted to call several times with no answer. I had put in a request that my arrival time will be between 9:00 and 10:00 with ample time for them to respond but I didn't get a response. I had to make other arrangements because I had no place to stay. Booking.com try to get a refund for me but the response they received was "NO".
I reached out personally to the hotel to speak to the daytime manager. They never responded to me.
I was requesting a complete refund but they just took my money with No communication at all.
Lesson learned... Don't book a hotel, Especially this one, that is not manned all night especially after driving 5 hours and they leave early.

Could have been a little cleaner and bathroom sink was clogged up

Bedbugs

Staff was initially quite unhelpful. Gave us a key to an already occupied room. The room didn't even have enough towels for the amount of people we paid for. All around just a disappointing experience.

So we leave in the afternoon, on our 2nd day, to go to work, and when we return just after midnight, for some reason, neither of our key cards work to open the door. It looks like we're going to sleep in my truck in front of the room we paid for because our keys stopped working. There isn't a way to contact anyone to get back in the room because the front desk is closed until morning. Waste of money? Yeah, I think so. Do I believe that we will be refunded for our trouble? Not even a little bit. If this doesn't get resolved, I will plug this message into every hotel/motel/suite/Inn review site that this place can be found in. Hell..I might do it twice..and maybe a third time depending on how irritated I am doing it the first two times..

The rooms had roaches in them, the sheets had blood stains & mold on them!

The parking lot was super small. There is a sign states park here for $10 but when I asked about leaving my moms car there the first day it was $20 second day $25. I didn't even have a burner in the kitchen. I only had 3 towels when I got there for 6 people. They was gonna up charge me because it didn't come threw there was 6 guest only 2 not my problem. There was no blanket or pillow for the sofa bed. The bedroom stayed extremely hot because no A/C in the bedroom. I swear when I looked at this room there was a pool, but nope!
