Easy check in, room was clean, great location, friendly staff. Definitely going to come back when the weather is nicer to explore the town. Very beautiful area and friendly residents
No coffee maker in room BUT it was available at front desk. Thought the was a restaurant in the hotel according to a blog in 2023... I should have looked into this, BUT there was a Chinese restaurant attached that we could order takeout from so it all worked out. Will definitely stay here again
My room was clean and quiet, with an HVAC system that provided even heat. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The value for money was impressive.
The coffee was very good.
Maybe have some muffins too.
Neat and clean
There was no breakfast...was there supposed to be? The desk reception, was very difficult to understand and he charged $250 hold on my card, when the room was 157 and then he was not there at 8 am to check me out, so I dropped my room cards , into the box, like the other guest and I have no idea, if he charged me properly....but I am going to check my credit card.
The location was excellent. It was very close to the Elora Mill where we were attending a wedding.
The bathtub was outdated and dingy looking. It was however clean. The shower could have used a handle bar for older clientele.
