Pros:

Pros:

Gorgeous hotel, great location, super friendly staff, feels really special. Also absolutely spotless!

Cons:

The pool is a lot smaller than it looks on the photos, it is really just a plunge pool

Excellent hotel near centre.
Pros:

Good location, close to centre and side street restaurants or bars. Helpfulness and friendliness of staff. They were good to store all our luggage before check in time (family of 10). Rooms were clean and comfortable with en-suite bathrooms. Excellent sound insulation. Excellent restaurant breakfast with wide choice. Good bar area lounge. Good roof terrace 'sky bar' with plunge pool. Ideal upper mid class 4star hotel. I would be happy to stay again.

Nothing. Ideal good quality hotel and staff.

Tudo perfeito: localização, limpeza, conforto e, principalmente, o atendimento.
Pros:

Hotel excelente, com ótima localização, perto de tudo: mercados, farmácias, lojas, restaurantes e estações de metrô. A limpeza é impecável e, como solicitei um quarto silencioso, fiquei muito satisfeita por terem atendido ao meu pedido.
O quarto é novo, muito silencioso e confortável. As roupas de cama e banho estavam impecavelmente limpas e sem perfume, o que foi um diferencial para mim. A cama é muito confortável e conta com seis ótimos travesseiros, proporcionando uma excelente noite de sono.
O banheiro também é muito bem equipado, com shampoo, sabonete líquido, hidratante e diversos outros itens de higiene e necessaire.
Gostaria de destacar especialmente o atendimento da recepção: Maria e Sol foram extremamente solícitas, atenciosas e prestativas durante toda a minha estadia.
Foi uma experiência excelente e certamente voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel!
