Everything is clean, good location, bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Gym is just a few old pieces of equipment on a rooftop. The rooftop itself is okay, but the pool is more decorative than functional. The room was good, but I expected bathrobes and slippers in a deluxe room. It feels like a typical chain hotel — which is fine, but at this price point, you could be staying somewhere with real boutique character

Pros:

The location of the hotel - Inbound from the airport about 30 mins with Aerobus and the hotel was within 4-5 mins walking distance.
The staff was amazing - both me and my husband arrived around 11 AM and they helped us with a room at that hour even though the check in was @15:00.
The breakfast was delicious - plenty of options available for any taste -
The room was clean and the bed super comfortable.

Lovely hotel

Stayed for 2 nights and can’t understand why this hotel isn’t a 5star , it’s spotlessly clean and the staff are really welcoming, iv seen the reviews mentioning noise in the rooms but both rooms in our party had 2 sets of doors onto the outside balcony and they cut out all noise, not just a bit they totally eliminated road noise , had to be brave going out onto the balconies as we were on the 7th floor but you soon learn to trust them , rooms have powerful air conditioning and there’s also a ceiling fan plus a TV with international stations - drinks are a bit on the expensive side and the breakfast is around £21 for the buffet but the street bar diagonally opposite is lovely and really cheap , the day we arrived we had a look on the roof terrace with the pool and it’s a nice area if you can get a seat- if you go up the steps to it - it feels like your walking through the upstairs kitchen but it’s fine - has 2 floors underground for parking but didn’t need it as we arrived by ship , once again spotlessly clean and the staff are wonderful

Beautiful hotel. Very well decorated. Rooms spotless. Roof top bar gorgeous. The best sangria. Food options look amazing also. Very chilled and relaxed just how we like it. Jaime in the roof top bar was great, very attentive.

The staff went out of their way to be of assistance. They even printed out documents I needed. They made recommendations of flamenco show company's that were superb. I appreciated the daily complementary water, coffee and tea, the spotless room. There are 2 lifts so its easy to get to your room. The roof top lounge and bar was wonderful to get another view and perspective of the city. I didn't swim, but had it been hotter that would have been welcome. The room and bathroom were spacious, and we did not feel at all cramped. We had breakfast once and it was a lovely buffett. We also had dinner on the roof top once and the food was excellent quality. There is a bar in foyer that also serves very good coffee at reasonable prices with a bonus croissant. Overall a very comfortable, relaxing and pleasant stay! They go above and beyond. I guess its what you would expect from a 4.5 star hotel, but i appreciated it all! Thank you.

Cons:

There is nothing I didn't like. All I can say is that if you can't walk at least 5 km you will need to catch a taxi to get to the main sights like sangrada familia.
It's easy to walk on Barcelona streets, but the distances are on average more than 3 to 5 km. Everything in Barcelona is beautiful, so if your fee can handle it, the walks are amazing.

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Gute Lage, zuvorkommendes Personal, schönes Hotel & Zimmer (leider konnten wir die gebuchte Suite wegen eines Wasserschadens nicht beziehen, aber es wurde uns ein adäquater Ersatz angeboten), super Frühstück mit viel Auswahl, die Skybar im 8. Stock hat uns auch sehr gefallen.

Cons:

Der Pool wirkt auf den Fotos viel größer, schwimmen ist aufgrund der Tiefe/Grösse nicht wirklich möglich

Great Boutique hotel!
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and spoke fluent English. Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable...Spa was nice massage by Javier was great!
Staff helped by printing maps and recommending places to eat...across the street Belliny is great for all day brunch.
The location was excellent we could walk to many bars restaurants and a couple of the Goudi buildings.
