Kids enjoyed the stay.. direct connectivity to beach is a big advantage . Every hotel person was so helpful and kind..
Room were so clean and maintained.
Even before reaching, they called and enquired if any preparations were required which was so nice and first time for me.. overall great stay

Absolutely amazing place to take a break from the busy life..its so refreshing that I didnt want to come back..its fancy plus traditional and the staff is so so friendly..u feel like u r staying with family..so helpful and understanding even with the language barrier..5 star rating to this place in pondicherry..god bless u all.

The hotel, as named, is located on the promenade, and the sea-facing room we stayed in was a treat for the eyes. The sit out in front of the hotel was serene. The room was very well appointed and kept extremely clean. We loved the three balconies the room had and the way the glass doors had wooden panels instead of curtains. The service levels were excellent, with very little waiting time for our requests. The view of the sunrise from the room and their restaurant, 'Bay of Buddha', was the icing on the cake.

We visited Blueline Restaurant in Pondicherry yesterday for the first time, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is in a prime location, and the restaurant was fully packed, which shows its popularity.

The food was delicious, and we had one of the best pizzas ever at Blueline.

Despite the heavy rush, Manager Kamini handled everything exceptionally well. She was very polite, warm, and welcoming. We noticed her constantly moving around, checking on guests, and managing the crowd smoothly with a smile. Her dedication and commitment truly impressed us—she is a perfect example of someone who genuinely loves her job and gives her 100%.

We would also like to appreciate the chef for preparing such an amazing pizza—truly outstanding work.

The restaurant staff were polite and always smiling, which made us feel comfortable, almost like home. However, we felt the team was slightly understaffed. At one point, only two waiters were handling around 40 guests, which is a lot. They were working very hard, but due to this, service was a bit delayed & slow on table. Calling for assistance took time, but it was clearly not the staff’s fault—they were doing their best under pressure and short staff felt.

We would suggest increasing manpower, as the service quality is already excellent and can become even better with more staff support.

Overall, it was a great experience, and we truly enjoyed our visit in pondicherry.

Great location and atmosphere

Location is beach side room was awe some… Hotel is next to the beautiful beach. Promenade beach.

Atmosphere is very good. 2 rooms we had taken it was worth the money. Staff is too good. They are accommodating. Even after our check out they allowed us to change and freshen up.

Mr. Prabhu - staff member was completely helping us out in settling our things and taking care of us. Excellent

just worth for the budget , Great view with hospitable staffs especially Neelavati from front desk who arranged a cake for kid birthday , she was so sweet and kind . and yasmin from restaurant. will visit soon in the next vacation.

Amazing hospitality! Beautiful property and views! Prabhu at the reception was so helpful, he helped us bump our room to a suite room! We loved the stay and hospitality..

I had a very pleasant and incredibly comfortable stay here. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always approachable, making the experience even more enjoyable. The location is excellent, with lovely views from the hotel, and the breakfast menu each day was consistently great. Highly recommend!

Came with my girlfriend and my brother's family to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday, the view was a big surprise for her and the staffs took care of us very well , problem we faced at first was a Parking but berna helped us well in this situation and Anish , Neelavathi , Nishika they all were very attentive.
And our kids are given trouble to staff in pool area, they made everything messy but Sathya from cleaning team helped a lot to make everything perfect. Awaiting for our next visit.

It was a pleasant stay in The Promenade, The services , Hospitality, attention given by the staffs were made me feel like greatful. Staffs are really courteous special mention to Muthu , Bikram , Neelavathi, Jaiganesh . Location was eye-catching. Loved every bit of my time here, from the time wew were welcomed to the we left, it was wonderful stay and it will be our place in pondicherry forever.

The rooms were super clean. Especially Miss kalai was soo supportive. On our request she cleaned our room twice n that also very nicely.

One of the best hotel ever I stayed, infrobt of beach. They have their own bag shop as well.Staffs are like my gems for the hotel, I noticed the staff took care of other guests kid ver well. And they used come and talk to me always and checking whether I am comfortable or not , which made me really felt like I am in my home. I should mention Neelavathi , shiva , Martin and Sneha .
Anyways left from the hotel today, we visit again soon.

It has a great ambience, and is right next to the beach. Though a 24 hr checkout would have been better
