The hotel is nice and good price value. Too much traffic makes it unsafe to cross the Main Street and go to the beach. T
Pros:

Very well located in the centre of town, close to the beach, big pools, beautiful landscaping, close to restaurants, kind and useful staff all around.

Cons:

It’s not about the property. The town itself can improve notably with few things in place such as pedestrian crossings for safety. When it rains the river nearby brings to the beach horrible plastic pollution from the interior of the island. It’s a deterrent for me to go back.

Mauvais rapport qualité prix, je ne recommande pas.
Pros:

La localisation en plein centre de cabarete

Cons:

- Pas d'eau chaude (mais alors pas du tout)
- Le wifi qui ne fonctionne pas .... (mais alors pas du tout)
- Le toilettes, le drain de douche et le lavabo de salle de bain bouché....
- la piscine arrière n'est pas net net.... eau légèrement trouble contrairement à l'autre bassin qui lui est propre.

Et ils vous disent qu'ils retiennent 50 $ US sur votre caution si vous mettez du papier dans les toilettes et qu'ils se bouchent...

Nous avons fait réclamation à l'accueil, nous étions beaucoup à se plaindre, la direction ne veut absolument rien savoir ... booking m'ont fait un geste suite à mes réclamations.

Je ne recommande absolument pas le casa laguna, c'était bien il y a quelques années, mais la nouvelle gestion rend l'endroit déplorable.

Le bar de la piscine n'est plus en fonction non plus...

Te cargan 100 dólares cómo garantía por cada habitación, no hay problema pero deberían decirlo al momento o antes de reservar.
No había agua caliente en las duchas y él desagüe estaba medio tapado , se me inundó el baño , lo comuniqué en recepción pero me dijeron no podían hacer nada pues al ser domingo el señor de mantenimiento no trabajaba
