Friendly staff, room was clean just dated bathroom. We needed a place to sleep and shower and it fit the needs.

Reservation was cancelled and I was never informed.

It was cancelled hours ago. I dont know why I am receiving this.

Location good value !

No breakfast, tye dyed sheets and towels need to be washed out real good. The blue dye in them i was afraid would turn my hair green.

No breakfast at all. And they dyed the sheets and bath towels. The dyed wash cloths the color comes out in the shower. Blue dye.

The room itself was adequate.

A supposed computer glitch led to my room being cleaned and a large amount of cash going missing. There are no cameras on the second floor and the police have no possible way to conduct an investigation.

I would not recommend this motel.

The building is dirty and smells like a blend of weed and wet dog. Had a wedding in town and was hooing to not drive back to the Cities. We ended up driving back...

Fridge did not work. No microwave in room, clean once a week, had to ask for fresh towels and washcloths

We had some issues about the cleanliness of the toilet at the bathroom and several things in the room needed some mechanical attention. The staff very friendly. Accommodating. There was a wedding with lots of guests that weekend so there was a lot of activity outside during the course of the evening and late hours but not noisy. Just activity.

Beds and pillows were hard. Carb breakfast.

We checked in and went to dinner. When we went to our room, we found the beds to be rumpled and unclean - stained sheets, hairs, and not made. We went back downstairs to ask for help, but staff had left for the night. There was a note with a number to call for help, but no one answered. Left a voicemail, but no one ever called back. Called Hotels.com, but they were useless and have refused to give us a refund. We went to the other hotel down the road and paid directly. Now we’re out over $400. Don’t stay here.

The desk staff were VERY KIND AND HELPFUL. The walls are thin, and the neighbors were loud. The room was basic, and mostly clean, but I did have to pluck some hair and other stuff out of the bed before I climbed in, and the bedspread appeared as if someone had been sitting on it before I arrived, and that was not very welcoming. Also: a hairdryer in the room would be great. I did enjoy the morning coffee and a pear.
