Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker... es fehlte an nichts. Die Fahrräder konnten wir sicher in der Garage abstellen u der Herr am Empfang war äußert nett u hilfsbereit. Er spricht sogar etwas deutsch:D.
Die Nähe zu Stadt ist genial!

Pros:

Very friendly staff. Great location. Parking, although tight, good to have on site. Saumur is a nice place and in a good location to explore. Chinon, Angers worth a visit. Good view from our room. Good air con.

Cons:

Nothing I didn't like. We didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on that.

Sehr gutes Hotel
Pros:

Frühstück sehr umfangreich und sehr gute, große Auswahl.
Die Empfangsdame war sehr kompetent und hilfsbereit bei der Zimmerauswahl. Da alle Rollstuhlzimmer ausgebucht waren konnten wir mit Hilfe der Dame am Empfang ein passendes Zimmer finden.

Good value and comfortable.
Pros:

The greeting when we came into hotel was very welcoming. Staff knew who we were and had listened to our emailed requests which were both met. Room clean and comfortable. Excellent front of house staff. Breakfast was very nice, plentiful and tasty. Secure garage parking. Conveniently placed for several restaurants and bars (although not in the main part of Saumur).

Cons:

Room and bathroom decoration a little tired and in need of a refresh. Garage space limited, reservation required!

Probably won’t return
Pros:

Paid for a double bed and single bed room was first given a double bed only asked to be moved as was sharing with a friend to two single beds. Rooms were a bit tired looking and we thought parking was included.

Make clear the room you’re giving people and the reservation for parking

Pros:

Hotel trés bien situé à 400 m du centre ville. Une grande partie des chambres donnent sur la loire. Chambre spacieuse et trés noen décoré. Possibilité parking voiture, moto ou velo couvert (à réserver).
Petit dejeuner sous forme de buffet copieux et varié ( confitures maison ainsi que miel).
Le personnel aussi bien de jour que de nuit et le patron sont trés sympathiques, professionnels et au petit soin pour leurs clients.Nous nous sentons vraiement comme chez nous.
Nous avons hâte de revenir dans cet hôtel que je vous recommande vivement.
