Hôtel bien situé, à 10 minutes à pied du centre de Saumur.. Accueil très sympathique. Le personnel est soucieux des clients. Chambre très propre et bon petit-déjeuner.

We received a very kind welcome at reception and we were taken good care of by the hotel team. The room was spacious and perfectly clean. The bathroom was renovated. The view from the room was amazing.

Les evacuation des eaux usées resonnent dans la chambre et cette dernière était collé à l'ascenseur

Pros:

La localisation était idéale, entre la gare et le centre ville.
La chambre était propre et spacieuse avec vue sur le fleuve.
Personnel agréable.

Cons:

Malheureusement j'avais demandé si je pouvais laisser mon sac après mon check out à mon arrivée. Il n'y avait alors pas de problème. Mais le lendemain le patron à refusé car il allait manger avec sa fille et sa femme. Je comprends tout à fais, mais je suis déçu d'avoir eu deux réponses et d'avoir du porter mon sac le lendemain car l'hôtel n'était visiblement pas suffisamment rempli pour que quelqu'un reste au guichet.
Cependant, le gérant est très sympathique quand même !
