We would not plan on staying at this hotel again.
Pros:

Front desk staff were very nice..

Cons:

We booked non smoking but our room had a smoke smell.
Security at the front doors did not give us a great feeling.
Rooms need to be updated

Pros:

It had taken 1 hour to check in and that was horrible waiting since we were all tired and just came from a wake which is also draining we were very tired traveling from Cranberry Portage and plus travelling from the north.

Cons:

All we had to do was show our IDs and give us the room keys.

Cons:

Staff was unqualified to work the desk,they didnt know anything, i was denied access to public washroom in the restaurant only white people were allowed in,had to pay for later checkout while every hotel i stayed, offered it free..was not impressed as a Traveller from 5 hrs away..i expect comfort not this.

Pros:

Room was fairly well appointed, coffee maker did not work and I did not have time to give them an opportunity to correct it but I am sure they would have. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot and it was fairly quiet in the building and most noise generated came from the outside. No wifi issues and there was a nice desk area and a comfortable chair to rest in the corner. Staff were friendly and I did not have to pay for a glass of pop in the lounge which was noted and appreciated. Their pop machine can use a tune up though. Easiest check in and check out imaginable. Would definitely recommend and will likely stay again in the future.

Good place for a night. Not high end hotel but best in the town

Location great. Near laundromat and food. Door to parking lot in room.
