Saffron Boutique Hotel

Dit hotel heeft z'n beste tijd gehad. Vloerbedekking, en gordijnen heel smerig. Kamer stinkt naar rook. Dit hele gebouw moeten ze slopen en opnieuw bouwen. Alle stroom van de stopcontacten gaan uit als je de nachtlamp bij de bed uitzet. Dus wij dachten dat onze telefoon ah opladen was maar dat was niet zo. Weet niet hoe deze hotel een 4 sterren hotel genoemd mag worden. Deze hotel is niet eens een 1 sterren hotel waard. Wij hadden kamer 313. De derde verdieping zou alleen maar rookvrije kamers moeten hebben, maar onze kamer stonk naar de vreselijke rook

Hotel is kind of old, and i felt charges were on the higher side, that apparently usually is the case during exhibition time in Dubai. Bus is conveniently available every few mins and you can go to the metro for greater mobility. Area is safe and reasonable clean.

Saffron hotel is absulitly on nice spot everting is just near by hotel and a main thing is really very friendly stuf of hotel and very help fulll thanks a stuf

Staff & service Are great, but the facilities needed to be upgraded.

Didn’t like: customer service, asked staff for transport hep but wasn’t helpful and ignored by few staff

Room smells so bad pillows smell so nasty they have night clubs no body can sleep and smoke smell was bad all over the room and hallway internet service is sucks I never go back this hotel

Staff was rude and disrespectful. Did not clean the room always had to ask if someone was coming to clean. Staff would not give me soap or clean towels

Staff it’s so nice

The room was clean and comfortable, the bed wad not it was sunk in the middle meaning you had to sleep on the edge

The staff is very friendly and kind! I had no complains against the staff, they all were helpful, respectful and professional, they will make you feel welcome!

Unfortunately, this is NOT a 4 star hotel!! I got fooled by the stars... This is a 2 star or a 3 star on a good day!
There were so many roaches in the bathroom, mold in the shower, toilet seat wobbled, sink would clog, the A/C was NOT cold, the balcony door did not lock.
The breakfast was a joke, only 4 options (they called this a buffet).
The gym was a hot room with a whole bunch of old machines.
The hotel standards were extremely low..
I would never return to this hotel or would recommend to anyone!! At most grab the staff and place them in a real 4 star hotel!
Terrible and disappointed experience... not worth it! Stay Away!

This hotel ok for a one night stopover if you want a budget hotel with no frills. Otherwise invest a but more and get greater comfort.

I went to use sauna and steam room but it was not working
Also there were no any note of that
