Pleasant stay but it’s obvious no one has invested in the infrastructure in quite some time.

The location was great and the staff was amazing

Cons:

The bathroom looked like it was under construction. I can’t believe Wingate allows customers to experience a bathroom in that kind of condition.

the room was horrible the TV didn't work and it had a bad smell. And I didn't have a phone in the room. I ask for some money back for the room but they have yet to send me anything.

The hotel did not look like the picture it was horrible I will never stay there again.

Unclean, uncomfortable, and completely unacceptable—definitely not a place I’d stay again.

Very disappointed with this hotel stay. The bathroom ceiling had visible mold, the pull-out sofa was dirty with what looked like pee stains, and to make matters worse, there were roaches in the bathroom. Definitely not a clean or comfortable experience, and I would not stay here again.

Disappointing
Pros:

The rate caught my attention.

Cons:

Unfortunately, i did not stay at site I was left in a position to find alternative arrangements- the site was nothing like it appeared on website- potholes in the parking lot. As you drove up you can see windows being wedged open with cans... cracks in windows. Hotel appeared to ve low housing facility with some rentals available.

Won’t Be Back
Pros:

Nothing at all

Cons:

Everything. The smell was horrible, they charge a $100 incindental fee for poor quality. Nothing upgraded, dark, gloomy, horrible smell, things falling apart, people hanging out all hours of the night. Would not recommend.
