over all it was a nice stay. We were on the 2nd floor and the people on the 3rd were pretty noisy.
Pros:

The breakfast was good, a nice variety.

Cons:

I like having our room cleaned at least every other day. Got text that it would be every 3rd!?

Great value and beautiful hotel!
Pros:

I loved the size of the room. The breakfast was fantastic, and the pools and hot tub were clean. The price was great also! We loved the location because it was close to a lot of stuff but not where traffic was super busy.

Cons:

The pull out sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, I could feel the bars sticking in my side. Plus, the breakfast was great but the staff really was intrusive at times waiting around to rush over the second people stood up.

Nice 3 day stay in Lake George area.
Pros:

Rooms were clean and laid out well. Nice having a frig and microwave. Good location near numerous restaurants and family type things to do. Lake George just 4-5 miles away. Lots of bargain outlet shopping plazas within a mile or two of the hotel. Nice breakfast offered each morning with scrambled eggs and ham or sausages, cereal, bagels, yogurt, juices, waffles, etc.

Cons:

Bathrooms were clean but very cramped. Toilets designed very low, making it difficult for my bad back.

Pros:

Très bien situé. Belles installations. Chambre de très beau format.

Cons:

Les salles de bain commencent à être un peu usées. Légère odeur de renfermé dans les chambres.

Pros:

The staff were top notch, absolutely every person went above and beyond to give their absolute best. Truly excellent!

The breakfast was well stocked, the staff helpful and the breakfast area bright and cheerful. A great start to the day.

The hotel was very quiet and the beds were comfortable. Overall I felt the stay was well matched to the cost of the stay. I would definitely give them another try.

Cons:

Our room was tired. Room 320, The tub was badly stained and the hallways smelled of disinfectant (a good thing, but maybe too much). The phone is VERY dirty in all the grooves - easy to replace. A few of the towels were discolored though they did seem clean and sanitary.

Maybe a little attention over the off season will bring this room back to standard.

Over all, I like it, the staff were very friendly, helpful.
Pros:

The breakfast was good, the room was good size, the beds are comfortable , clean and the pool was good and clean.

Cons:

The room needs a little maintenance like the AC is a little bit noisy, the shower faucet is difficult to turn for switching the water direction.

A good stay. I would come here again.
Pros:

Excellent location next to a theme park, across the street from great ice cream, and down the road from Lake George. The room was just down from the pool, and as such it was a bit musty from all of the humidity. But overall it was fine. There is an indoor and an outdoor pool, and a hot tub. Those were great. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was great. I'd go back.

Cons:

The mustiness of the room. Also, I had wanted a rollaway bed but the room was not big enough to accomodate one. The breakfast was standard hotel breakfast fare. It wasn't bad, but nothing to speak of.

Great, family friendly place to stay!
Pros:

We stay here multiple times every year. We love the rooms and the pool. Everything is nice and clean. Its right next door to Great Escape so you can walk over. Staff is always pleasant and helpful!

Cons:

Minor complaints. The beds in some of the rooms are feeling old and hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast is just ok. They used to have an assortment of muffins and pastries but they don’t anymore.

Everything was beyond our expectations.
Pros:

We enjoyed Queensbury and Lake George; staying here was part of this. We hope to be able to visit the place in spring.
