Chose that hotel based on reviews of cleanliness, we were not lucky. We wont be back

Cons:

We had to beg to have our room clean and the bed made. It was exhausting/ Front desk person was very rude when we politely asked to have someone replace the towels and make the bed several times. ( we stayed 10 days)

We loved staying here for the location, breakfast, pool area, and clean rooms.
Pros:

The front desk staff was amazing! There was an adorable girl there that was super helpful and I wrote her name down and lost the paper! She let us know what kind of cereal would be in the breakfast bar in the morning and helped us pick a place to order dinner from! The breakfast was the cherry on top of our Sunday! My son won tickets to the indoor water park for selling pop corn with the Cub Scouts of America. When it started snowing I knew I would never make the drive in the morning. So we booked this hotel to get to town and use the pool the night before our free water park tickets! We would definitely stay at this location again. The room was very clean and had tons of room. The pool and hot tub were perfect for spending the evening at. The breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

We wish the pool was a couple degrees warmer. For a heated pool it felt like 70 degrees and we were hoping for more like 75.
We wished there had been a printed TV guide in the room. But figured it out.
