Excellent breakfast with multiple choices Cheery breakfast room.
Everything was great as usual.
They change with the coffee, we don’t like the Coffeemates. Too sweet and we didn’t have any other alternatives.

Our first room was not clean. The front desk quickly changed our room and it was ok.
The bed was comfortable room was clean. Bathroom was clean and breakfast was good.
The elevator broke down and we were on the second floor with a wheelchair, unable to leave held captive for 2 1/2 hours longer than we were planning to stay. We are ready to walk out the door with a breakfast at 8:30 in the morning and we’re unable to leave until 11 AM. This ruined many of the plans we had for the day.

Helpfulness and friendliness of staff was wonderful! Room was big and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and well set up. I wish we had come prepared for the indoor pool! I received a call fairly soon after we had left that I had left my raincoat in the room closet and we made arrangements to pick it up on our way back from Tupper Lake.
