Pros:

The property was clean, the staff were friendly, and it’s in a great location. They had a small, but decent breakfast.

Honestly nothing to say. Being your own pillows because they’re really flat.

The staff was very professional and courteous

Cons:

The property (hallways, and elevator) were dirty. The room smelled like second hand smoke. The bed sheets in the closet for the pullout couch were questionable (laying loose in the closet…not in bags like other hotels)…upon unfolding them, there were two dead ants. The pullout couch mattress was so thin and lacked support, I was unable to sleep comfortably.

Pros:

Clean, comfortable, and quiet -- just what we needed! Our kids thought the mattresses were too firm, but my husband and I thought they were very comfortable. And the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Minor issues, but our toilet was very slow. We had to hold the handle down a long time for it to flush. Also, the shower was out of body wash, but it was no big deal because we brought our own. Overall, it was a great stay!

Very friendly staff, willing to accommodate.

Cons:

Not much, really. Roll away mattress we gave back and bought our own air mattress. But, it IS a rollaway, not really meant for 50 somethings to sleep on lol

Pros:

Beds were comfortable, breakfast was great, and staff were very friendly! The price of the stay was very reasonable, especially since it was a weekend! Definitely a great value! We would definitely return.

Cons:

Snack store was cashless, and vending machines wouldn't accept dollar bills. Pool was unheated.

Everything was amazing
Pros:

Breakfast was exceptional. Loved swimming at the pool!! Very clean rooms, soft beds too! Staff was incredibly polite and professional. Parking is great!!!

Cons:

Wish the breakfast hours were longer, I like to sleep in on vacation! My one wish is that I wanted to stay at the hotel longer! Haha! Everything was up to my high standards. I will be returning as soon as I can!
