Pros:

Our first morning for breakfast.. it felt a bit chaotic..counters messy. Garbage cans overflowing.. was there 20 min before closing and hot items empty and never refilled.. even smaller amount.. As people stepping in and out of areas .. the plates etc were on top of microwave.. difficult for ones to get things.. BUT it must have gotten attention as the next day microwave was moved to different spot. Right on! 👌👏
The area much cleaner, more organized.. and smooth service.

Pros:

Love the location, love that there is always coffee available up front with creamer. The staff is great. All but the lady on breakfast duty wiping the tables and buffet down. The beds are probably more comfortable than Hilton.

Cons:

Well I didn’t want to say anything I don’t like to complain but there was a roach in the bathroom wall crawling around when I first checked in. I also noticed roach droppings on the bathroom wall outlet. Front staff was very apologetic and nice and moved me rooms. Which was clean. Hopefully they spray for them. I will be back tho. It’s still clean and smells nice and the air conditioning works great. The pool is ice cold

Our stay was very good no issues other than the ants
Pros:

We didn’t have the breakfast but seemed to be okay layout from what we saw.

Cons:

Our room had ants but we bought some spray to help because we didn’t want to move to another room

Pros:

Pool, Location Great, next to Sams club for gas & the hwy easy access. Parking good.

Cons:

Pool could have been cleaner. No Conditioner or shower gel. Was shampoo.

Pros:

I love how clean the hotel is. The location is great. We felt safe. The night front desk lady was amazing!

Cons:

The breakfast staff talking about visitors in Spanish!! They should be more careful and not judge people. And should realize some people regardless of race actually speak and understand Spanish!

Verschimmeltes Brot am Frühstücksbuffett.
Cons:

Das Brot vom Frühstücksbuffett war komplett verschimmelt. Es hat niemanden interessiert. Der Supervisor hat sich geweigert mit uns zu sprechen. Wir sollten stattdessen einen Zettel schreiben und unser "Anliegen" notieren.
Der Kaffee war dünn wie Wasser. Der Pool ungepflegt. Das Wasser in der Dusche wurde nicht richtig warm.

La limpieza y los espacios

Cons:

El check out es muy temprano, llegamos a las 4 am, obviamente no nos despertamos al desayuno y no nos dieron opción para poder hacer un check out más tarde, como suelen ofrecernos en otros hoteles similares cuando llegamos casi al amanecer.
