The place was comfortable, clean, and quiet at a fair price.
Pros:

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The indoor pool was a definite plus. Breakfast was typical of a good hotel that offers a breakfast. They did run out of coffee fairly early and didn't make more but that was ok since the rooms have their own coffee makers and coffee.

Cons:

Running out of coffee was about all I didn't like about the stay. The pool was very nice but a little crowded when other guests showed up and did not follow the occupancy sign on the door. Only 6 guests at a time in the pool.

The location was quiet and somewhat private. The towels were clean and replenished daily. The bedding was clean. There was a microwave in the room, which was really convenient and not standard in many hotels. The market was convenient as well with good items to choose from.

Cons:

The rooms felt dated, with dark brown and orange carpeting. The bathroom lighting was quite dim, and there was no light in the shower. The drapes were difficult to open and close due to being broken, and they also appeared dirty. While it was nice to have a pool, the water was fairly cold. The lobby eating area could have been cleaner, with tables often being dirty and garbage cans overflowing.

I liked the bed.....

Cons:

There were staples on the carpet all over the room from the carpet peeling back. There wasn't any appropriate cartoon options for the kids to watch. My lamp didnt work bedside. The cleaning staff left objects on the floor for kids to trip over. The water wont get hot. The carpets hadnt been cleaned behind the curtains in probably months according to the amount of dust bunnies. And the shower leaked out all over the floor. Oh and did I mention.... I stay in the "One Bedroom Deluxe King Suite".

Cons:

Road crews had lane closures causing it to be challenging to navigate traffic around hotel. You can’t control this. Trash left in closet of our room. Poor water shower pressure for warm water.
