El servicio del parkin excelente 👌 don guillermo para ser exacta, ayuda mas de mo que debería super bueno para resolver todos los detalles que tuvimos por errores de personal.

Agua o alguna botella
Me cobraron de mas cuando el total era otro en la reserva

Me cobraron por tener el carro cuando mencionaron que no se cobraría por los dias de hospedaje.

La habitación que me dieron fue de lo mas incomoda

La recepcionista mayor de ese turno no me quería apoyar con mas reservas que porque se hacen el mismo momento

Me gusto su atención, y el desayuno americano incluido

Cons:

Recomendaría renovar las habitaciones, por cierto estaban descompuestos los elevadores, yo tengo mal un tobillo y fué una inconvencia para mi bajar 4 pisos. Y sobre el transporte aeropuerto al hotel, hubo un poco de falta de comunicación, desde un principio deberían haberme proporcionado el tel del chófer, después de más de una hora que llegué me lo dieron. Y el chófer no fué muy amable que digamos.

Soy de la 3a edad, la tina de baño me pareció muy peligrosa, el aire acondicionado, nunca lo pudimos hacer funcionar bien.
