La comida estuvo muy buena y la habitación muy cómoda.
The lobby was very clean, smelt good, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.
The bathroom was very small and the toilet had a pillar right in front. I couldn't sit properly to do my necessities.

room was clean and a simple but adequate breakfast
There were sheets covering the entire hallway with workers removing all the ceiling registers installing new cables which was the reason there was no internet. It would have been better to give us a room on a different floor without workers cutting and sawing. Giving us a little notice that there was going to be work going on would have been a professional move!

El internet en ocasiones era intermitente la señal de wifi, y el agua de la regadera no salió caliente ni el de lavamanos a pesar que se dejo la llave abierta durante unos minutos para darle tiempo al sistema a que funcionara correctamente, dicha cuestión lo compenso el sistema de a/c de la habitación muy eficiente
Buen aire acondicionado, personal de recepción y de limpieza agradables, piscina cómoda, comedor limpio y amplio, piscina bastante cómoda.
Piscina expuesta a los residuos de las palmeras, gimnasio bastante simple y nada que ver.
Por un error de comunicación con un personal del comedor, se sintió abrumador el ambiente al ir a desayunar nuevamente.
