Definitely will be going back
Pros:

The pool was amazing to have with our kids on a hot day and we ordered food while at the pool and it was good. Staff was nice and we were able to have our dogs with us.

Cons:

I wish more hotels would have access to log on to Netflix or Prime to have relaxation in the rooms with good TV to watch.

Stay was good even under construction room was quiet
Pros:

My room was clean but a bit dated, the hotel is under renovation so at some point the room will be updated. Location was good but not much to do close by.

Cons:

The only issue was there was no one at the reception that I could communicate with, I understand I was in Mexico but this was my first time finding no bilingual person at the desk'

El servicio del parkin excelente 👌 don guillermo para ser exacta, ayuda mas de mo que debería super bueno para resolver todos los detalles que tuvimos por errores de personal.

Agua o alguna botella
Me cobraron de mas cuando el total era otro en la reserva

Me cobraron por tener el carro cuando mencionaron que no se cobraría por los dias de hospedaje.

La habitación que me dieron fue de lo mas incomoda

La recepcionista mayor de ese turno no me quería apoyar con mas reservas que porque se hacen el mismo momento

Me gusto su atención, y el desayuno americano incluido

Cons:

Recomendaría renovar las habitaciones, por cierto estaban descompuestos los elevadores, yo tengo mal un tobillo y fué una inconvencia para mi bajar 4 pisos. Y sobre el transporte aeropuerto al hotel, hubo un poco de falta de comunicación, desde un principio deberían haberme proporcionado el tel del chófer, después de más de una hora que llegué me lo dieron. Y el chófer no fué muy amable que digamos.
