Que te ofrecen desayuno gratis al reservar y cuando llegas al restaurante es un desayuno muy basico de huevo con frijoles y te ofrecen el bufet con un costo adicional alto.
My 6th floor room had a very comfortable bed and a newly designed interior and bathroom. The restaurant, bar, and pool were all excellent
My 7th floor room the wifi didn't work for 2 days and i had to change rooms. The bed was as hard as a rock, and the bathrooom was cramped and uncomfortable

Service, Cleanliness, Staff...
How when checking they have to ask the guest for identification, they never done it before. Also, Staff mentioned that breakfast was included. But when arriving & going to breakfast it was only plate of fruit, food & choice of tea or coffee. Have to pay more for buffet... But everything else was great.
They didn't have water since 10 pm to 5 am.
We couldn't take showers or flush the toilet.

Safe clean well maintained.. the location is perfect you can walk to stores and great foods options….
The electricity went out soon after we checked in and it took hours for it to go back on

Muy buen servicio y personal atento, habitación recién remodelada. Muy limpio, su ubicación en la ciudad es magnifica, buenos restaurantes cerca etc.
La comida del restaurant no es muy buena, salvo el desayuno buffet que si cumple. El área de alberca podría dársele una renovadita.
